Mike was very easy to work with. I'm in the renovation business myself and have work with other roofers on some jobs and they are not always easy to work with. I chose Mike and his crew because they were reasonably priced (not the cheapest and not the most expensive). I also liked the warranty plan that came with the roof. Making sure any labour was included in warranty work. Some outfits only warrantied the materials. Had three estimates done and did some homework at the beginning by checking the BBB, Home Stars and who did what jobs in my neighborhood. Liked what I saw with Mike's company. Job turned out great, very happy with it and so is my wife.

My roof was done in 2014 by Busy Boys Roofing Ltd. Recently I heard some loud water dripping around the outside of the chimney, I called Busy Boys Roofing and Mike came to my place within 30 minutes. He went on the roof, checked everything and found that the facia board was sagging which was making the water flow in the wrong direction. He did some adjustments all free of charge. I really appreciated that. Mike came himself in 2014 to do our estimate when we were at home and we could meet him in person. I would recommend Busy Boys Roofing Ltd to anyone.

My skylight was leaking for quite some time. I got more than one quote. I wanted a remote, solar powered , opening skylight. Mike from Busy Boys was the only company that could supply and install this type of skylight. We live in a very rainy climate. Mike removed and replaced more of the surrounding shingles than the other guy. He also did a thorough job applying a waterproof membrane. The skylight works perfectly as advertised by Velux. I would recommend Mike and his team to anyone interested in a new skylight. I will be calling him up, when its time to replace my next roof.

We obtained 4 quotes and Mike's (who did the estimate himself) was simple, straightforward and very competitive. I called several references and all were very good. We had a cedar replacement with GAF timberline and it looks great. The crew was freindly and efficient. We are very pleased.

Not only was Mike prompt and courteous, but his estimate was very reasonable. After having numerous quotes from some reputable companies I chose to go with Busy Boys. Mike backed up his reviews with photos, certifications and a great estimate presentation. Mike even offered addresses for me to drive by in my area to view his work. Mike's crew was extremely professional and willing to answer the numerous questions I had while the job was being completed. The crew cleaned up every last nail and shingle. The gutters were done a couple of weeks later, and look amazing! I didn't have to pay until both jobs were complete and I was satisfied. I'm extremely impressed and will recommend Busy Boys to everyone I know.

After several quotes we decided to go with Mike and his crew from Busy Boys Roofing Ltd. The quote was for GAF lifetime roofing system and 5 inch gutters with clean outs. The price was reasonable and they was able to start right away. The crew worked hard and were respectful. They cleaned up after each work day.
