By far the worst service I have ever seen or encountered in Calgary. The owner is rude, belittling, sarcastic and doesn't have his clients best interests. He uses excuses to cover up his work rather then actually dealing with the issues. After several basic complaints, even outlined in his contract of services he would provide, he uses a harsh tone to try and deal with the issues and didn't make us feel comfortable about having him provide his "services" for us. After several complaints about the ice on our sidewalk, they used the excuse that "every other driveway is the same." Which is untrue, since we were the only house on our street to receive a warning notice from the City of Calgary on our doorstep. After previously discussing this matter the company never came to deal with the matter and kept my $200 and never came back. James and Tania are rude and abusive. NEVER recommended this company to anyone.

Very poor service refusing refund after coming in later than 24 hours consecutively. Today is the 9th of April they have come in only after I threatened them with a poor review,still the owner said they start their service only at 11am and will not refund.I plan to go to consumer court just so that they are accountable. They are also unreachable with a message dated 3rd if March.

This is a horrible business to deal with. The owner is rude, belittling, sarcastic and doesn't care about his clients best interests. They promise you features like time logs during sign up and then don't follow up on any of those. I did a simple follow up of his services, and the owner tried convincing me that it was my fault for asking him if his crew were on the property. After some investigation, he confessed that his crew was, indeed, not there as the time logs claimed. I would encourage people to look at Google Reviews and Yellow pages too, and to look at other review about this business.

Everybody has a clean driveway except me. Snow stopped hours ago and no one showed up to clean the driveway. Owner didn't even listen to me and was very rude on the phone.

They did not give a timeframe for when they would be around to do the work. They showed up while I was at work. They did a really terrible job at aerating the lawn, there were very few cores put into the parts of my lawn that were bare (that I wanted to seed after they were done). Some areas they tore all the grass out with their power rake to the point that it was just bare ground. I called the company up, some girl answered the call each time I called, eventually she said the person (i'm assuming the main owner) would call me directly to discuss what happened. It's been over a week since then now, and about a month since the work was "done". No response from the company, worker, owner or otherwise. Terribly disappointed with their service and work.

very impatient, unfriendly people. As I signed for 3-month service, they first did not tell me when service will start, then after 8 days, they told me the service starts but could be up to another week before they get to me. when i told them by then the lawn would have grasses growing too long, then they said, oh, we'll have to charge you extra fees for the long grass. through the whole process, they are impatient and had a bad attitude. don't understand why do they bother to be in business if they don't care about their customers. Do not use them!

I signed up for spring clean up and weekly mow. I was low on the priority list so spring clean up did not happen. I signed up for fall clean up, called 2 to 3 times to confirm, and was told no problem! I called today,(Nov 5) and was told since I was only a summer service, they would not be doing the fall clean up! Poor Service. NR

However, 2 weeks later and yet no one had come to deal with the matter. When trying to discuss with him the issue he complained that we had abused him for far too long. Sorry if a client has concerns about the services they should be receiving from the company anyways, and yet he is the one to deal with the matter in a harsh sarcastic tone so the abuse has been displayed both ways. I will NEVER recommended this company to anyone.

Waited for over 6 weeks for very simple season work. They continued to delay and make up excuses. Eventually the work could not be completed the final excuse was, "I should have been given a call". With call display they avoided by phone calls, until I used a friend's phone. Do not use this business.

Due to our previous lawn service not working out we decided to try GoLawn. I have to say that the owner is personable and friendly. He gets right to the point with billing. For the first cut he sent over a crew of 3-4 guys. They did an awesome job and our yard looks great. I am hoping that the snow removal is just a good as the lawn work.
