Christina has been a great pleasure to work with. We have spent many hours at her store to go through different product lines and styles and ended up going with a variety of styles - curtains, roller shades, blinds and vertical blinds, honeycomb and roman shades. She was patient with us throughout the entire process and was very responsive when we reached out with after hours questions. The store is my one-stop shop as they have a great selection of Hunter Douglas products and had lots of floor samples for us to touch and feel. She made sure to walk us through every detail so there were no surprises when it came time to install and it was very professionally done. The installation person was very pleasant, experienced and did not leave behind any mess for me to clean up. I had to make 2 exchanges - 1 of them we had troubles getting Hunter Douglas to approve but Christina was able to help me despite that challenge. No doubt I would return for future homes.

Our friend recommended The drapery shop two years ago when we moved to our new house,they did whole house window shades and drapes , price reasonable, friendly service, we were very happy! Recently we wanted to dress two more windows, we use them again! We are very satisfied!

They provided a fair price for the install, the installer arrived on time and was very professional and I am very happy with their service and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

The Drapery Shop recently prepared and installed drapery for my whole condo, and I am delighted with their work and the drapery. Faye (the manager) very patiently advised me throughout, to make sure I was happy with my choices while I was deciding on fabrics, colours, and sizes. The installers (Sean and Eric) did a clean and careful job. I have already recommended this business to others.

We needed drapes before Christmas. Christina was wonderful & gave us great advice. Placed order & they were realistic with no guarantee because of the busy holiday season. We looked at many stores for drapery for our new home. Until we found The Drapery Shop. Christina was excellent and very patient, paying careful attention to our unique needs. We were not familiar with the varied options for drapery and were doing this for the first time. She spent many hours guiding us through the whole process, explaining each of the options with pros and cons of each option - materials, style, pattern, texture, design etc. It was evident that Christina had a wealth of knowledge about drapery and its latest trends. She suggested multiple alternatives and helped us find new choices when we did not like anything. We ended up choosing Roller drapes and pleated sheers. Eric did a great job installing our drapes with care and precision. We were very happy with the overall experience and the end result on how our drapery came out.
