This company used a large water tank in their operation that they no longer required so they sold it on Kijiji - to me. There was an obvious patch on the tank which was not very pretty but I was assured that it had been effective. They delivered the tank to my acreage and when I had it filled with water, it leaked. I generally assume the best in people so I figured something with the patch job failed during transport so I phoned (a couple of times) to get information about the nature of the damage under the patching compound so I could take the right stuff with me to try to fix it. It was when they refused to return my calls that I realized they knew the tank leaked when they sold it to me. I realize that my encounter with this company had nothing to do with fencing but I think that a company that will deceive you is a company that will deceive you. Be careful with these guys.

We had them install one long piece of 4 ft high fencing with a gate,most recently. We have used them twice before. We have always received very good service. They are prompt with the estimates and can be reached by phone or fax.

I found the company on line. They have been around for a long time. They provided a reasonable quote and stuck to it. They answered all his questions willingly. They offer good quality service and the work was done fast and efficiently. I don't mind paying for good quality and I feel I got it.

Overall we found Rite Way Fencing to be very accommodating, and we never had problems getting a hold of anyone when we had questions.

we needed fences installed on a property. We called around to get a quote and discussed experience installing the "sandwich" style, which we had preferred. The individual we spoke to on the phone was very friendly and seemed knowlegeable. They arrived at the property, took some measurements, came up eith a quote, and a timeline. As promised, work began 2 weeks later after their last job. They were efficient in their work. They kept the job areas clean and cleaned up after themselves after each work day. Personnel was friendly and knowledgeable.
