Len did an excellent job - he was thorough, meticulous and his attention to detail was superb. Where he saw issues that needed repair, he provided good solutions and proceeded to do the repairs. He was very tidy and cleaned up everything before he finished the job. We would have Len back again the minute we need another paint job.

From my first meeting with Len, he was was the consummate professional. He is quite experienced and was not trying to up sell but truly wanted to assist in finding the best solution for me. He recommended a great colour consultant and from there, I worked with Len to implement her suggestions. The results exceeded my expectations. Len is great to work with. He completed the job a few months ago and I have yet to come across an imperfection and this is considering he repainted my entire condo including my kitchen cupboards.

Len Kelly the owner of Condo Painters did a fantastic job with multiple projects in my home. These included painting, repairing damaged drywall, replacing bathroom fixtures and installing a new bathroom floor. He also completed all kinds of extra small finishing tasks that went above and beyond. He is extremely professional, does high quality work, is easy to communicate with and trustworthy. With so many mediocre contractors out there - Len's company is a breathe of fresh air with their expertise and skills. I was very pleased with Condo Painters and highly recommend them.

Len at condopainters.ca is absolutely fantastic - I was amazed at what a great job he did painting my studio condo. Very reasonable prices and a job so well done - I was so pleased with the results that I felt totally confident bringing him back to paint another condo space a year later. He will also do some other things like fix towel rails, and re-grout the bath: awesome. Again, reasonable prices and just a fantastic job. You can trust Len, he's a true pro and one excellent painter.

Finding a contractor you can trust to enter your home, and who is also fair and honest about their work and their prices is, lets face it, quite rare. After talking with and meeting Len, I immediately I knew I was going to get exactly what I paid for - and he was worth every penny. Highly recommended!

We had the pleasure of having Lenn & Trey over to paint our 13' ceiling loft in Liberty Village. Both extremely friendly and professional!!! Everything was well covered and protected, when they left everything was well tidied. Lenn Paid INCREDIBLE attention to the small details that I thought only I would notice, and is extremely skillful with his free handed clean cut lines. I found Condopainters.ca through google search. I own several rental condominiums and always freshen them up with paint between tenants. I was intrigued by their promise of online quotations. After providing some basic information about my rental property Len Kelly forwarded a very competitive quote. I was able to schedule the job for the day after my tenants moved out, Condopainters had the place ready for the new tenants in 48 hours. I thoroughly inspected their work after they finished and could find no problems, it looked fantastic. He even re-did the silicone around my counter tops and bathroom sink. After paying for the service by e-mail I was amazed that I never even got to meet Len or his crew. Fantastic choice for busy people.
