Our Rinnai water heater can ignite. Sam helped check the water flow sensor, reset it. Additionally, he cleaned filter, ignition plug. Excellent work.

Sam arrived 30 minutes after I spoke with him on the phone and he was able to quickly identify and fix the issue that was causing our a/c unit to malfunction. He found the problem, replaced the part, and walked me through everything he did along with some tips on prevention all in under 30 minutes. His explanation of the bill and warranty was extremely clear and concise. He provided excellent service and was extremely personable. I will absolutely use him next time I need to make an HVAC service call.

Excellent service. Sam was the first one to respond to my request and came to look at my AC within a day and provided me with he thorough explantion and options I had. And then they were able to come out and replace my AC within a week of my contacting them so I am prepared well before the next heat wave. I highly recommend them.

Humidifier leak! Sam came right away and fixed the problem. He didn’t try to sell anything else just quickly got to root if the problem. Very polite and friendly service!
