Rodex is a small shop compared to its major competition, did not quite have the cheapest price, and did not have all the quartz samples that were available by supplier, yet we still went with them. You build up a relationship with those whom you are most comfortable with. We wanted a quality job, that personal touch, willing to go out of their way to achieve customer satisfaction, getting the whole company in this family run business behind us, going the extra mile with tender loving care. Rodex survives by being consistent with their quality delivery, creating their own niche based on its reputation.
For whatever extra we paid for the countertops, we got it all back and then some when purchasing sinks and faucets because we were "referred" by Rodex. Rodex remained patient and understanding until we got it right as to choice, not pressuring us in order to close the sale. Rodex got the measurements right, much better than the countertops they replaced in a complicated layout. Rodex referred us to a tiler who did an awesome job with the backsplash to complete the project.
Everything was done timely with no issues and with complete customer satisfaction for a reasonable price overall.
