    Complete Interior Home Renovation

    After seeing the quality of their work at our relatives house, where Marc and his crew re designed and re created the interior, we decided to hire them to do the same thing for our renovation. We are extremely happy with the quality of their work. Everything Marc promised he would do, he did. The job was completed on time, 8 weeks to the day, from start to finish. All of his tradespeople were respectful and courteous and very professional. Marc is an excellent problem solver and was able to help us incorporate an existing staircase into our completed space. He worked with us in choosing finishing touches and his recommendations were informative and helpful. If you are looking for a contractor for your home renovation we would definitely recommend Image to Reality. They provide quality, affordability and reliability. A pleasure to have in our home.

    Master Bathroom

    We hired Image to Reality to do a complete renovation on our very-used master bathroom and we are definitely very happy with the result! I have tried to get quotes from several different contractors, some never responded, some priced way too high. Marc came in with professionalism and transparency. I love that he's super responsive. We could ask him questions or raise a concern at any time and he will always respond in a very promptly manner! Everything was as priced and quoted, they even finished before scheduled date, which was a really nice surprise!. Our house had to look like a construction zone for a few weeks as our bathroom is all the way on the top floor where Marc and his team has to climb 3 sets of stairs! But they were always respectful of our space, never complained about the stairs, and I couldn't be happier with our finished master bathroom! Thank you Image to Reality.

    Newly Renovated Kitchen

    We highly recommend Image to Reality. Marc provided outstanding customer service and offered many solutions to make our kitchen truly functional. The quality of the kitchen cabinets and attention to detail with the installation was exceptional. We are extremely happy with our new kitchen! Thank you Marc and everyone at Image to Reality!

    Basement renovations

    Image to reality just finished redesigning and building our basement and we are blown away by the results. We bought this house a year ago and had the basement opened up with a media room - exercise room - games room - bar - bathroom. Their workmanship is just beautiful and they worked to make sure that our needs are accommodated. The whole crew was fantastic. Big thanks to Marc and his team!

    Bathroom renovations

    Great guys. Very professional job. Just completed my ensuite, main bathroom and powder room renovations. Never been happier with the work Marc and his team did. I highly recommend their services to everyone who is looking for a great job for a reasonable price.

    Full house renovation

    Did a 3000 sq full house reno with these guys. First i was kind of worried about the size of the project and the cost. Let me just tell you, these guys know what they are doing and they are super straight forward. I loved it! Super easy and quality job. If you are worried about a project like me, let these guys handle it! Super awesome, thank you!

    Kitchen and 2 bathrooms

    Excellent work guys!! Marc and Cory renovated our kitchen and 2 bathrooms. We couldn't be happier with the way everything turned out and we would highly recommend them to family and friends. A+++

    Culture Stone install

    We contacted Mark to come over and install some inside culture stone and some outside and we suppled all the materials and we bought from a culture store shop. Last oct the culture stone was installed and within a week the outside stone started to fall off the wall, we contacted Mark and he agreed to come out and fix them. Well it took us a few weeks of texting with no response till Mark came out to fix the ones falling off. He only fixed the ones that had fallen off and not the lose ones and when we asked him to come back and again fix it he asked for an extra $150 to fix the lose ones or $400 to redo the whole thing. Mark "the pro" told us we bought the wrong product to install the stone with but we did not as we had 2 bags of mortor right beside the boxes of stone. Even If we did have the wrong material the pros should have advised us of that and got us to pick some correct material up.Mark has now been here 3 times and the culture stone looks terrible, it's cracked in places and instead of putting a new piece on he just put the cracked ones back on, we have crooked ones and we are missing some all together. I would NOT ADVISE using this company at all.

    One thing I will not compromise is the quality of my work. I provided an estimate for materials but the homeowner decided to source materials on their own to reduce cost. I advised Bryan and his wife Dayla that I cannot warranty my work based on the grade of the materials Bryan supplied and that I would highly recommend using my supplier for materials. The homeowners insisted that we proceed using the materials they supplied. When I received a call back, I was prompt on getting over there. Bryan's wife Dayla notified me that their kids play soccer in the backyard (location of damage) and have possibly been kicking the ball against the finished cultured stone wall. I fixed the damaged stone at no charge and let them know that the stone they had provided was not designed to withstand this kind of punishment. 3 months later I received another call for more pieces of cultured stone that had broken off. It was clear that the damages were from some sort of punishment, likely kids kicking a soccer ball at it. I issued an invoice for the repairs but Bryan refuses to take responsibility.
