The crew arrived on time and ready to install our multi zone irrigation system and worked late to complete the job. Aquaman Irrigation is professional and courteous with great communication. Response time to our queries were always quick and solution oriented. Very happy to recommend this company.

Attached is a screenshot of a conversation between this company's rep Paul and our property manager. This guy was unresponsive to our manager's request for someone to show up and restart the sprinklers on our property, for over two weeks. Finally he declined to show up and clearly said to call another company. In the meantime some of our plants and grass died because of this. Totally unprofessional.

I am writing this note in appreciation to Paolo and Daniel Domingues and their crew at Aquaman Irrigation of Markham for their excellent workmanship installing our sprinkler system. We installed a pool in 2018 and had a landscape company plant the material we purchased in 2019 from Sheridan Nurseries in Mississauga. Sheridan Nurseries recommended Aquaman Irrigation and we are so happy to go with a trusted recommendation since we are new to Toronto. Paolo performed the site visit and discussed with me the type of plant material that would be watered, the type of equipment that would be used, the suggested number of zones and the type of watering mechanisms (rotors, spray heads, drip lines, etc.) to be utilized. I was familiar with irrigation systems, as we had one installed on our property in the country prior to moving to Etobicoke. Daniel was very helpful to provide a quote and negotiate the price. Through our emails, I could tell this company was a class act. They were willing to go out of their way to work with our landscaping company who was planting the plants/shrubs/trees and work around their schedules. Daniel even agreed to do some extra things for us at no cost after the quote had been negotiated. The installation crew headed up by Paolo were very friendly and professional during the installation and answered all the questions I asked related to the installation, equipment and set up of the zones. They were very courteous, polite and caring towards the plant material. Daniel came by at the end of the job to ensure I understood how to operate the controls using my wifi connection and to answer any questions. This family owned business is the type of people I enjoy having on our property as they take great pride in their workmanship, customer satisfaction and value their reputation. Keep up the excellent work and customer service and I would recommend them highly to anyone installing a sprinkler system. I plan on having them open and close the system every year.

Despite a long weekend, Paolo promptly answered the call for help. The next morning, David appeared and quickly identified and addressed the problem. He was pleasant and professional. We'll be using Aquaman's services again and would not hesitate to recommend them!

I've been using Aquaman Irrigation since 2006 when they installed a Hunter SRC Plus sprinkler system on my property. The system still works fine and I use Aquaman every autumn to winterize the system to ensure no damage to the system over the winter. Aquaman always comes on time and I like the fact they've held their service fees steady over the years. They also make minor adjustments to the positioning of the sprinkler heads when I request it occasionally during the closing without charging me. This is great customer service.

VERY RELIABLE COMPANY for sale and after sale service., They respond quickly, come for maintenance or service call with , short delay. Excellent service and very courteous employees on the phone and on the road.

The company did what was required for the entire installation. They were on time. The followup they provided was reliable for winterizing. I would recommend this company to friends and acquaintances.
