We had to replace our rental hot water tank and decided to go with a tankless system instead. At first we were worried that if was going to be difficult to deal with a replacement during these COVID-19 times but Rick was very prompt with our communication and within a week of contacting him we has our tank installed. Rick and his associate was very professional and clean when installing our Rinnai tankless water heater. And we were very happy with our service.

The service was performed in a very professional way, quick and very clean. All aspects of the work were covered and explained before starting the job. Also, after the work was done I was explained regarding the warranties and further maintenance. I am extremely satisfied with Rick’s professionalisms and the way he conducts the business.

I found Rick responsive, available, and knowledgeable. He greatly assisted in decisions about which product would best meet our needs, was prompt, efficient, and timely. Absolutely no complaints! Pricing is competitive and follow-up available -- although none needed!

I was introduced to Reza over 15 years ago and had him install our air conditioner at our new build. Since then we have had him back to install our fireplace in the basement, a gas range hookup (price we were quoted above) and having him back during our pool install. We have recommended Reza to family and friends and they have had nothing but great service from him. I always get a call or text from people after Reza is finished, thanking me as they have received great product and service. We will continue to use About Comfort Air.

To whom looking for service or RIGHT product and new purchase. I have studied with few competitors and bigger suppliers out there, and compare with what he offered in very humble manner. I trust my feeling and offered them the business, because he is my main service man for 3 properties we have for last 6 years. I wish I listened to him last year about his feedback. Just to let you know I had serious issue with my humidity in one of my properties and we had to reinstall the flooring(painfully) and now with his suggestion- surprisingly my SMALLER NEW furnace - and the brand he suggested- works better than my HIGH END brand-bigger unit!!!!! our humidifier works !!! after 5 years like a champion!!! Also he did a SUPER CLEAN job and installation and the way he put the ducts and units together is like a piece of art!!! I am supper fussy and he made me happy more than what I was expected!!! Reza helped me in the hour of need. I had an emergency furnace breakdown. I called him and said to him about my problem. He immediately helped me with what my next steps are, took time to answer my questions. Gave me all available options and educated me on all of them. He even tried to make the current furnace work without replacing any parts. The next day guys arrived on time, finished things way before the scheduled time and cleaned up after their work. Raza came on again for final inspection explained me everything and then shook hands . Rare to find a guy who finds pride in his work in the current days.

From booking the service to its completion, About Comfort Air Inc. were very professional and turned up promptly and efficiently serviced the unit. Their pricing is competitive and installation went well. I am pleased with the end result. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

I have used Rick several times - once to get a new furnace, and twice to repair my AC unit. He is quick, reliable, fair and does excellent work. Both times when he repaired my AC unit he said, "I could charge you for a new unit, but there is still a lot of life left in this one" - that saved me thousands of dollars. Ricki is very reliable, trustworthy and affordable. He came out the same evening to look at our furnace in the middle of the winter, when everyone else would ask for at least 2 days to come and see it. Plus, he fixed it on the same day at a fair price. Excellent work.

If it wasn’t for Air Comfort’s expert Reza, my customers would have been exposed to unnecessary inconvenience.
