Mr. Mark did a very good and professional job for sanding, removing and repainting my deck. Well done! Mark came twice. He gave advice on selecting color, steps of removal. After painting, the deck looks much more beautiful. Thanks.

I'm writing this review before Mark has even left my house. Not only was he punctual, friendly and professional, but he went above and beyond. He took down an extra large, extra superglued mirror and light fixture from the bathroom wall, only to discover that the box for the new light fixture was a couple inches off centre from the vanity. I told him I was fine with this and would live with the asymmetry. About an hour later, he surprised me by redoing the box so it would be centre. This man is a true perfectionist and a total pro.

The company was here for a week and went above and beyond to make sure it was perfect! Highly recommended and amazing worker!

When I moved in to my apartment, I changed the bathroom and kitchen fixtures and wanted to restore the apartment as it was, prior to moving out. Mark and I agreed on date and time and he arrived precisely at the appointed time. Clearly the man is a professional and got the work done even earlier than estimated. I am confident the superintendent will be happy when I leave this month. I truly appreciated Marks abilities and would highly recommend him.
