Be very careful when dealing with this builder as they do not stand behind their contracts. We selected our finishes and upgrades in January 2023. During that period, we noticed multiple inconsistencies in the design center where things were labelled as a level which would be considered standard and then being charged as an upcharge. In addition, the design rep was uninformed about what features and finishes should have been included as part of the phase 3 package and they were attempting to charge us for items that should have been included. Despite reaching out to head office, nothing was done about this. Regardless, we ended up signing off on our selections and assumed we were in the clear. In December 2023, almost one full year later,  the builder reached out stating that they made an error on our decor contract and wanted an additional $18k!!!!! for our kitchen cabinets as they claimed they were a higher level than what was labelled at the decor center and on our contract. After two months of back and forth they bullied us into selecting downgraded cabinetry and refused to negotiate an agreement which would be mutually agreeable. It is their way or the highway- they couldn't care less about customer experience. TO THIS DAY WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN APOLOGY FOR THEIR ERROR, ONLY RUDE CONDESCENDING RESPONSES FROM EVERYONE WE DEALT WITH. We are now left extremely uneasy that at any moment they will be coming after us for more money for any of our other selections. Not exactly the feeling you would expect to have especially after spending so much on your home. If you have a choice, go with ANY other builder.

Hello, This review is on Lindvest. Horrible company to deal with. We have zero communication with this builder until we have to make an attempt to call them. We purchased a home right before pandemic. I understand there is was challenging issues that could have happened during the progress of building our home. But now it has been 18 months plus and if the world can adjust with pandemic why can't Linvest. The area where we purchased our home. There is other builders around there is progressing. Homes are being made. Families moving in. But our home is just not really progressing how one home should be. We have to drive up to the construction office always to figure out updates with what is going on with our home. Because there is no updated information the customer service from Lindvest head office given to us. Another thing I wanted to point out. Design Center is not too easy too deal with too. Michelle their new manager. Is just not customer oriented. For example. She wanted us to make a decision because Our kitchen is going in one week and then we find out kitchen from construction office there is no ready kitchen for our home. My reason to take time to read this quick feedback is Lindvest is just not a trust worthy builder. They don't care that you have a young family that needs a home. During the whole pandemic government was advising housing won't be affected by stopping it completely because housing is important to families that are waiting for their homes. Lindvest is a reputable company but I have to say they just don't want to help. Currently, there is zeroooooo closing date. Our lives are just put on hold. its Almost like they won't make money on this project so they don't need to build homes quick enuff. If this is how things are now, can you imagine how the home may be after it is built?

Excellent customer service, Pro customer mentality. Technicians available at site, no phone calls required. Beautiful quality of professionalism. Providing top class equipment. Really praise worthy. I must refer to my friendsh circle and relatives.

I took my brother-in-law and sister-in-law to review the Brownstones by Lindvest at Ninth Line & Hwy 7 in Markham. We were approached by a your gentleman salesperson who did a wonderful job explaining the various details about the project/investment. My brother-in-law was very keen in pursuing this but the biggest drawback were the fees. The maintenance fees were okay but the Occupancy fees were a deal breaker. If you are going to invest, I caution Caveat Emptor. Otherwise the customer service were top notch.
