I had a sewer back up in my basement. Mark who was our plumber today was amazing He was able to provide me with a quote. Got the job done within an hour and we also had everything explained and the reasons why this has happened to us. We decided to use the snake and camera option and we do not regret it at all ! . We were able to actually know what the issue is and now we are getting a quote on how to get it fixed and ensure this doesn't happen again. He was amazing, very knowledgable, did the entire job and left everything cleaned. Definelty recommend the company and how knowledgeable he was and worth every penny. Cinthya

Fast response to our initial inquiry and work done within one week. New heated water line in lake completed within one week of contact. One minor concern after instillation was taken care of immediately with photos. Highly recommended!!

We were having trouble with our well water pressure and called for a emergency service call on the weekend. Drain Right Now was there in no time and resolved our issues. After some much needed knowledge about well water and taking their time to explain the benefits, the technician got us a very reasonable quote for an upgraded uv system. Again we felt like we were given a priority time slot and the installation went perfectly for us. Tyler gaves us updates on progress and even let us know their eta or the project which we appreciated greatly. Highly recommend for small to large projects

I found Drain Right Now through the Provincial Website. We had just bought a house in Gravenhurst and were not familiar with well water. Tyler sent out Jamie to explain how the system works and made recommendations how to improve the system. They installed a larger water holding tank with a filtration system, plus replaced the current pipe lines throughout the house to 3/4". They were very knowledgeable, punctual and quickly fixed our problem. We now have plenty of water supply and great pressure without having to dig a new well. I would definitely recommend them to my neighbours. I would highly recommend this company.

They were recommended to me by a tool rental company when I inquired about renting a power snake. I decided to let the professionals do the work so I booked an appointment. Mike was friendly and explained what he was going to do before starting. After watching him work, I was really thankful that I called them, as I know that even though I am very handy, I wouldn't/couldn't do the job that was done.
