Tyler and his team are fantastic! Came with what I needed, extremely professional - and leaves the space neat and clean, This is the third time I have used them for a variety of projects and they always over achieve.... Highly recommend them

I am so grateful to have found Drain Right Now. Tyler and the guys do great work- from my water purification system to hooking up my appliances. They are right there if I have an emergency and if Tyler thinks that it's something he can talk me through over text, he will do that to save me a service call! (Thats why i put $0 in approx cost) That is very well appreciated being a woman living alone. Drain Right Now will treat you right.

My kitchen sink was clogged and leaked all over the floor, I didn't know what to do I came across their info on Google (happy I did). Tyler responded quickly and within 30 mins Mike showed up at my door. Service was completely fast and correctly I am very satisfied.

Tyler quickly returned my call & booked the service call. He was super nice & patient. Jamie arrived promptly, assessed, advised & quoted. He also took the time to explain everything. Jamie returned the next morning l, as promised, and did a superb job in replacing my old tank with a new one. Clean job. Professional & courteous. Thank you Jamie & Drain Right Now. My husband and I woke up this morning to low water pressure and it turned out to be a leaky valve. After contacting a few plumbers, we were told that we would have to wait until Monday and call the town to have them turn the water and valve off in order to drain and replace the valve. Out of desperation, as we were having out of town for the weekend, I searched a few plumbers online and was blessed to have found Tylers number. I reached out to Tyler, Who was already busy and in the middle of something, but he immediately responded to my phone call with a text. My husband and I told him what was going on and he asked for a picture which we sent and he responded immediately with a solution that ended up working. I was astounded by the thoroughness and promptness of his help. My husband did exactly what Tyler had suggested, and lo and behold it worked, and this was all communicated by Text. Not only was Tyler extremely friendly, he was also very knowledgeable, and seemed so happy to help even on the weekend while he was busy with something else. My husband and I are extremely grateful to Tyler. He saved our weekend and a whole lot of money as we were quoted 850 dollars for an emergency plumber to come and assess on Saturday from an independent plumber. Needless to say, we have found our new plumber for Wasaga Beach. Tyler of course! Thank you again Tyler, your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Sunday morning - of the list I called Tyler was by far the most responsive and although he attended on Sunday afternoon & tried to get our well pump running once again, it was not to be. He & team members attended the following morning & changed out the pump & tank - we had water by 2pm. Clean, professional, thorough & courteous. Thanks!

My septic system stopped draining. Our home came to a stand still and we reverted to 1800's living with no running water ! We called Tyler for an emergency review. He was thoughtful and methodical in evaluating the problem. Of course the easy solution was to replace the drain field at many 1000's of dollars, but Drain Right Now evaluated and worked with me to come up with a rescue and recovery plan. Tyler is a refreshing professional and stands out as honest and genuinely concerned with meeting customer needs on their terms. Highly recommend Tyler and his team !

Tyler was prompt responding to the call. Worked quickly and professionally to determine and correct the problem. All drains running free after he was finished once the floor drain was snaked to the street and camera view to show clean and clear
