We needed new flooring in the kitchen and bathroom as we had had tiles broken and needed them to be replaced but chose to get new flooring .Habeb was very helpful for us we enjoyed working with him

Full basement, and main floor done in carpet and vinyl. Also did a rock wall, tiled fireplace, tiled back splash and tub surround. Excellent workmanship, great staff, the job was inspected even though everything was great!

We were very disappointed with the customer service that floor right gave us. We live in a condo, the workers arrived on the first morning to remove the subfloors but instead of sending a full crew they sent one person (a rookie), he was equipped with a small water bucket, pry bar and hand screw driver and a wet dry vac that was already full and when he turned it on it blew dust all over our condo. There wasn't a square inch that wasn't covered in a white dust. He proceeded to pry the floor off with the bar. He was literally ripping 3/4 inch plywood and screws from cement. He was expected to take the screws out of the cement with nothing but a screw driver. While ripping out the plywood he was using so much force that he put big holes in our walls, when he tore the transition strips off he also tore a 4 strip off of our brand new laminant. He was so rough that he caused a crack in the ceiling which had just been refinished a month prior. To top it all off when we complained to the manager we were met with arrogance when we presented him with a bill of how much it would cost to repair the damages. He agreed to pay a small fraction leaving us with a large repair bill. This happened on a long weekend and the manager instructed his emplyees to cease work until he came back from vacation. Then when we did reconnect with the manager we were forced to pay the rest of what we owed to them before they would complete the job. We have dealt with Floor Right in the past but this experience has left us with a bitter taste and we will never use them again nor shall we recommend them.

When we bought our first house we had new laminate and lino floors put in. The sales staff at FloorRight Interiors were great, helped us make good selections that worked for us. The installers were also really good. The renovations were done before we moved in, and they worked well around the other trades working on the house so we could move in on time. They were recommended to us, and I would recommend them for future work.
