Very speedy service. They came the night before and put a heated blacket down where they were going to dig as the ground was frozen. The next morning they came and cut out the concrete for a new window installation and installed window well. We were very happy with their service.

Installation of two basement windows was done in a very professional manner. Crew was polite and very helpful. Dale was willing to work with me for the most convenient estimate and installation date. I would recommend this company. The installation was very cost effective.

Met Lee in November with 2 basement windows to make larger in January. Very nice guy to work with. Took a credit card number right away. When job started the crew came out for a couple of hours and then left. I called the office when I found that out 3 hours later to be told that the job had wiring to move and would be charging a $250 come-back charge. Grrr. I fixed the problem that night, but it was a full week before a different crew came back to finish. Talked with Lee about my concerns and said he would discuss it. Didn't know the final charge until invoice was emailed and charge had already gone through. Saw that he job was charged as per estimate only. Thank you. Quality of work appears good for the install, but had some mess to clean up.

Precision and accuracy are what they should be called, on time, cost friendly, and they were very helpful when opening a window in my home. They got everything prepared for the window and even told us how to install. Awesome service! Highly Recommended!

This is an excellent company. We were having trouble with a concrete landing at the base of our steps and they came and leveled it perfectly. Special thanks to Erin and Jose.

The actual work done was satisfactory, namely one basement window enlarged and a new window cut out. The company does everything including concrete cutting, supplying the windows, installation and window wells. My biggest complaint is the endless delays to get the project done. Postponements, no shows and excuses. 4 months of waiting. It was maddening. And, the final phase which was the promised repair to our severed irrigation lines never happened. Although we were given a discount because of the delays, I would never use this company again.

Cut out existing window in basement bedroom, replace with larger window. Can-West did the complete job from window well dig-out, concrete cutting, window installation, and window well installation. All done within 4 days of calling. Job took 1-1/2 days.

I was doing some major renovation on a rental basement suite and wanted 2 windows updated to code. Can-West came and gave me a final quote that included digging, cutting and installation of the windows. They came on the day that they had scheduled and completed on schedule within a day. Overall they were really professional and made sure that they left the exterior of the property in the same order as when they came considering how much digging and then filling they had to do. My only feedback is that I had a little more clean up in the interior than I had expected and would have liked to have had more plastic covering some of the inside walls or been informed to prep the rooms a little more.
