I called Service Express in the morning to have someone come check our condo fan coil, which had stopped producing heat. Scheduling was easy, through text, and technicians arrived in the afternoon. They returned the following afternoon to install a new actuator. Everything was very professional, service appointment windows were reasonable (2 hours) and I will definitely reach out to them for any future HVAC concerns.

Great service and communication, workers were very respectful, friendly, and knowledgeable. My unit motor needed replacement and it was an uncommon part. The company sourced it very quick for me and was able to come in and replace within a week.
