This was part of a larger roofing project. It was very easy to work with Avenue Road Masonry. Great communication from initial visit, estimate/project overview to completion of the work. I received calls leading up to start date and after the work was completed to review any questions or concerns. While completing the work, the crew kept everything neat and clean. Crew arrived promptly at scheduled time, set up and removed all job related debris from the old chimney. Crew showed picture of work and made themselves available for any questions. I would use Avenue Road Masonry services again

We are extremely pleased with the work done. Robert and the team prepared a project plan, communicated well, worked with the original dates and delivered a quality product. They were flexible with our requirements and went above and beyond. The work was done in 1 day and the crew was polite, well prepared, experienced and left our home in the same way they found it. Excellent friendly service, no surprises, really great and professional work, polite timely customer service! I was impressed with the work especially, seamless brick repair, brought their own scaffolding, I cant say enough positive things about this service.

Avenue Road Masonry replaced several courses of spalling bricks on the front pillars and side of my garage. Chris from Avenue Road was the only person who came up with the solution to replace the lowest three courses of damaged bricks with concrete blocks to prevent the problem from happening again in future. The mason, Greg, was meticulous - he tacked up a plumb line to ensure the new courses of concrete blocks were being laid level. He mixed two dyes into the mortar to match the original mortar. He also noticed that the original masons had tooled the mortar on the front of the garage deeper than on the side, so he matched that too. He moved some of the original brick which was in good condition from the side to the front pillars of the garage, in order to get a perfect match. I would defy anyone to tell me where the old brick ends and the new brick begins! During the work, which took a few days, Robert phoned several times to keep me up to date on the progress of my project. This level of customer service is rarely seen today. This masonry work has taken decades off the appearance of the exterior of the house. I could not be more pleased with the end results!

I highly recommend the team at Avenue Road Masonry. My chimney is was in dire need of repair. Owner Chris was able to come on short notice to make an assessment, show me drone footage and provide a fair and reasonable quote. Site coordinator Robert scheduled our job within a week and was on-site the day of the repair to ensure our satisfaction. He also followed up with closeup aerial photos after the job was complete. These guys are professional, reliable and workmanship is A+. Thank you!

I am extremely satisfied with the quality of work done by Avenue Road MasonryI have already had services twice before with roofing issues and as the time before the gentleman were extremely professional, completed the work on day promised and left the worksite tidy. There was communication before and after the job was done in preparation and in conclusion. The gentleman who did the work were courteous and did a great job! I wont hesitate to use Avenue Rd again!

Project required to fix gaps in steps. Bricks on walls required replacement. They were able to fix both areas of concern to our complete satisfaction. This is the third time I have used this company. All employees were pleasant & helpful. Jeannette M.
