They came on time and fixed the issue and also recommended a couple of things to do to.

Ivano is a master of his craft. He did a house call within a day and my product was ready and installed in under two weeks. A major improvement from my previous shutters which took months to ship. Ivano was willing to come out another time and make a small alignment adjustment.

I was very happy with the quality and look of my new California shutters. Ivano, the owner, arrived right on time and had the new shutters installed in less than an hour. He was extremely professional and personable and worked cleanly. If my wife and I decide to to redo our patio door coverings we will, for sure call Ivano and the New Image Group.

We have wanted to replace five basement windows with new shades for many years. These windows were exposed to the passersby, those had been coverless for several years because we procrastinated as well and thought it would cost a fortune. Ivano from New Image Group, Shutters and Blinds came to our rescue, and we are beyond impressed with his work. He installed 5 new shades in a wink and some of those work with remote control, I did not have a clue about shades with remote. Ivano took his time to explain in detail how it work. He also told us how to troubleshoot and how to fix should need be. He did a perfect job, I was beyond impressed. We also had a kitchen and bathroom cabinet where the doors stayed open (extremely annoying) again for a long long time. Ivano responded swiftly to my HomeStars request, came to the rescue, and understood the issues. Both doors needed new hinges. Ivano informed me how to get those fixes. The kitchen cupboard door needs a specific custom-made hinge. Ivano fixed the medicine cabinet in a wink and offered to return when I have the customized hinges. (they need to be ordered from the kitchen manufacturer, Olympic Kitchen. As well, Ivano replaced an old leaking showerhead in a wink, perfection. My husband is recovering from surgery and can no longer perform handy work in our home. Yvano also repaired our armoire in our bedroom as extra work and did not charge any extras. His rates are super reasonable. Moreover, Ivano possesses impressive interpersonal skills, his work style is impeccable, very clean, and a very well-organized technician. Ivano is a respectable technician, he is a perfectionist, and he performs the task like it is his home. I would rehire Ivano without hesitation. He checks all the boxes: punctuality, interpersonal skills, affordability, cleanliness, efficient and caring person. We are seniors and Ivano spoke to us with respect and care. With true honesty, I would highly recommend Ivano for any of your projects! We are so glad to have found him, Ivano you are AWESOME! Thank you so much!

We just updated our window coverings on the main floor of our home with shutters and could not be happier with the results!! Ivano previously installed the shutters on the upper level of our home last December so we of course contacted him again for the main floor. Ivano is so responsive, professional and very easy to work with! We very much appreciated his knowledge and experience to guide us in this process. He recommended a motorized sunshade with black accents for our kitchen window and it looks amazing with our decor!! We are so thrilled with the modern look and functionality! It was a pleasure to do business with Ivano. He picked up the service request right away and followed through with the same efficiency. The product we originally agreed on was not available, but no worries, he did the leg work, found a compatible product, but at a more expensive price.
