Ivano installed our complete two story home in Mississauga. We could not have been more satisfied. When it was time to relocate to Belleville, I called Ivano with the request that he instal California Shutters once again on our condo Townhouse. He replied cheerfully without hesitation.."Of course, I will. Particularly as a returning customer!" That comment along with the professional attitude and workmanship has led me to recommend other friends in the area. One of whom just had her home completed with California Shutters as well. Too bad the rating is out of 10.......my rating is a 12 out of 10!! I would recommend both Ivano and the excellent product used by New Image! Bravo!!

Ivano did a great job in suggesting our window coverings. He did a wonderful job installing the shutters and window coverings. He was fast, efficient, and very professional. I would recommend him to my friends and family. We are more than satisfied with our window coverings, they add such character to our house. A job well done.

This is our second time purchasing window coverings from New Image. We had California shutters installed 10 years ago in our old house and now in our new house. We are extremely happy with their products, service and their prices are very reasonable. We have always dealt with Ivano. He's very knowledgeable, helpful and patient. I bought new window coverings for my home from Ivanovo at New Image Group and I was completely satisfied . Mandalay blinds, plantain shutters, and flat Roman blinds and I could not be happier. Excellent service, quick delivery, and expert installation. I have recommended Ivano to others and they have been completely satisfied as well. You will be too !!

We just had California shutters installed by New Image Shutters and blinds in our living roomand ..We are very happy with the workmanship and very pleased on how it has enhanced the look of our living room .We are repeat customers of New Image who previously did all our bedrooms with which we are very pleased

We just have purchased a new place and I was shopping for a while for blinds . After a couple of estimates, was time for Ivano to come and estimate our place. He worked around my free time and made it at my place fairly early since I contacted him.We wanted to go with the ambio dual vision blinds.His estimate was a couple hundreed mire than the rest but after I showed to him my other estimates and the product that tgey were offering he explained to me that they were selling imitation of what ivano and his company were selling.So after all I decided to go with him . I'm glad I did. The blinds look fabulous and the whole experience was great.I will recommend Ivano to everyone that I know

I recently saw my sisters shutters in her new home and loved them so much I decided to do them in my home. I called new image group and had them come to give me a quote and they were the most helpful of all the companies I called. I highly recommend Ivano from new image group. I am writing this review in support of Ivano Galbiati and his New Image Group Company. In 2006, after a 10 month extensive home renovation, I was in need of window treatments for my entire home. After getting a few estimates from other companies and being less than satisfied, luckily I came across an advertisement for New Image Group so I decided to give them a call. Upon Ivano’s punctual arrival, I was quite impressed with his knowledge and advice about window coverings. After comparing the same shutter product the other companies quoted me on, Ivano was able to give me a more affordable quote and a quicker delivery date. Needless to say, I connected with Ivano and from our first conversation I knew I was going to do business with him. I have to say Ivano is very courteous, very professional and I have come to respect him for his many laudable traits. After dealing with many people during our renovation, there is no trade or contractor that has ever come close to the exceptional service and quality work I received from New Image Group from start to finish. My experience with the actual shutter installation was extremely positive and went beyond my expectations. The meticulous workmanship and installation is to be commended. My home had been freshly painted and I had new hardwood floors installed. New Image Group was cautious and did not cause a scratch or one single mark on the walls or floors. It is refreshing to encounter a Company such as New Image Group that provides phenomenal customer service and genuinely cares about its customers. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the shutters. The shutters still look new after eight years. I know I chose the best company to install our shutters. After visiting my sister in Oakville and noticing that her whole house was done with new shutters, we asked her for a reference. We live in Aurora and have started to replace our windows a couple at a time. We called Ivano and set up an appointment for an estimate. He was on time, very polite, and a great person to deal with. We advised him upfront that we weren't going to do the whole house, but rather one or two windows at a time, as we have 16 windows to replace in our home. His response was, "No problem, I'll do one at a time if need be." We are now on our fifth window and Ivano has showed up on time for all installations, has been very clean and just a great individual to deal with.
