We have many floor-to-ceiling windows in our condo and had them all covered by vertical shades, which were getting old and starting to crack. We called Ivano at New Image and he responded right away. He came over with samples, etc., and recommended roller shades suitable for our condo. We had rollers installed with several blackout panels and electronic controls. We had one panel that was a bit crimped, and Ivano came in, took it to the supplier and within the day we had a new panel! The place looks modern and lovely. We highly recommend Ivano for your new window coverings!

I needed a number of curtain rods installed & the service received was beyond excellent. Very professional and I highly recommend Ivano from New Image. If I could award more then 10 stars I would! If the need arises again, I would definitely book again with this company.

We reached out to New Image Group to get an estimate for California shutters for 3 bedrooms and upper hall windows. Ivano was very quick to respond and came to our home to take measurements and discuss product options. Ivano was so knowledgeable and helpful and provided great solutions for some small arched windows in our bedroom. The pricing was very good and within 2 weeks our shutters were delivered and installed!! We love them and couldnt be happier! The shutters are an excellent product and were professionally installed by Ivano and his son. We highly recommend Ivano and New Image Group! We recently had Zebra Blinds installed in our front bedroom and they look beautiful inside and out. Ivano, has installed all our shutters and automatic blinds in our home. I continue to be impressed by Ivano's prompt service and his knowledge as to what would work best in the space. Ivano took what others said would be a super difficult and expensive project and turned it into something quick and easy, charging a very good price. Very honest and down to earth guy. The curtain track he installed turned out amazing, 10/10 recommend. He even went above and beyond, as while I only asked for him to screw in the curtain brackets, he went out of his way and did the entire installation without any additional charge.

We were looking for a contractor to do shutters for our new home and reached out to few. We were then given Ivanos contact by a family member based on Homestars review. We have to say we werent disappointed at all. From the initial meeting to do measurements, quote, delivery and installation Ivano was such a professional and did a clean job installing shutters for entire home 25+ windows/patio door, etc. Price was competitive, delivery was on time and job was well done?
