Ivano the owner and installation specialist, was referred to us by two relatives who previously had shutters installed by New Image Group. We had 14 windows covered in our home and every window was done perfectly! Ivano was very professional and so friendly to work with. Our complete order arrived within 2 weeks (as promised) and the shutters were all installed within 4 hours! My husband and I hired Ivano to install shutters on our main floor. We got quotes from other highly rated businesses on HomeStars, but ultimately chose to go with Ivano due to his professionalism and the quality of his product and work. Throughout the process Ivano was very knowledgeable, honest and reliable. He gave great suggestions as to what would work best on our windows and showed up for the two quotes we requested and the installation when he said he would. The entire process was quick; it took just under 3 weeks total from ordering to installation. Not only is Ivano an amazing person to work with, his shutters are beautiful. They feel very sturdy, and the frame that he uses allows the shutters to be level with the window trim, almost making the frame disappear/appear to be part of the trim (I tried to show this in one of the pictures). This was something that the other companies we had quote us could not offer. We are very happy with our new shutters and would HIGHLY recommend Ivano to friends and family.

Ivano came to install an exterior decorative window shutter in a hard to reach area when few others were willing to attempt it as there was a lot of mature shubbery. He was very helpful and did the job very well. I would definitely use him again for other shutter and blind projects.
