Ivano installed California shutters throughout our house and did an amazing job for a great price. A couple of the shutters needed adjustments after being installed for a few weeks and Ivano was able to come by at the drop of a hat and fix them (the adjustments only took 5 minutes). I highly recommend Ivanos service.

We had a great experience with New Image Group and wish we'd used them for our whole house! Ivano was quick to respond to our initial request for a quote and his communication was excellent throughout the experience. I gave Ivano a very specific list of needs for blinds for our basement hopper windows and he delivered on all counts. I wanted motorized blackout blinds, but because of the space constraints they needed to be slim and mounted in a way that didn't impede the function of the windows. Ivano came to measure our windows, listened to all our requests, and within a few days had spoken to his manufacturer and provided us with two different options and price points that would accomplish our request. The timeline for installation was met, and the process to install was quick. Ivano was clean and respectful of our home, and spent time to show us how the remote and charging options worked. We are very pleased with the product and service, and only wish that we had used this company for the rest of our new home! Highly recommend.

Moved into our new home. Shopped around for window coverings. Came across New Image on Home Stars with amazing reviews. I figured lol these people cant be wrong. So I called and spoke to Ivano. He came over and gave us some suggestions and what would look the best and worked with our budget. We wanted Shutters originally but it was out of our budget since we have to do the entire home. Ivano was amazing, very honest and not pushy at all. We told him we wanted to think about it and he was totally fine with that. He took measurements just to be proactive in case we decided to go with his company. We contacted Ivano the very next day and gave him the go ahead. We went with beautiful roller shades for the entire house. Ivano is truly one of a kind. A true gentleman and very professional and extremely honest. We are so happy with his work and I would recommend him to anyone. He was fantastic and he reminded us that he is only a phone call away should anything happen and need repairs. Thank you Ivano for you work and being the type of person you are. You made this experience amazing and we love the look in our home.

Exceptional service, workmanship and quality!!! Ivano is a person who absolutely believes in and stands behind the products he sells and installs. He is very personable and patient and has a great eye for design. I am more than satisfied with my blinds. I highly recommend the service which New Image Group provides.

We contacted 3 different companies, all rated well, for blinds for our newly purchased windows. New Image was one of the three and the one we went with. While Ivano had a good price it was not our reason for going with New Image. The product was good quality and Canadian made. His enthusiasm and insight as to our needs for the windows took him over the top. We basically had a design consultant in addition to someone selling us blinds. We were impressed with his insight, his work ethic and his promise to stand behind his product and work. There was a very short turn around time from when we put in our order to when we had the blinds and installation. Ivano was very easy to relate to and we have not looked back from our choice. We are extremely pleased and have had favourable comments from visitors to our home since the blinds were installed. Would clearly recommend New Image to anyone seeking blinds for their home.

I urgently needed a shutter for my newly finished basement as I had family coming in 1 month so I reached out to a few businesses on HomeStars. Ivano was the first to call me back and we were able to book a consultation for the following day. His advice on the project was truly helpful and I had him price out a few other areas in our home needing shutters and some bedrooms needing blackout window treatments. The basement shutter arrived ahead of schedule and he quickly installed it. Quick, easy, done. I truly am happy with his workmanship, advise and professionalism. I will definitely be calling New Image to do those items for us.

Showing up on time, delivering what you promised and going beyond what’s expected is what gets 5 stars. Ivano installed shutters for three sets of bay windows in my house and did an exceptional job. He answered any questions we had and stuck to his timeline. He was very easy to speak to and I would recommend him to anyone looking for window coverings. There’s no “up sell”. He takes your vision and enhances it with his knowledge and expertise.

Well, after Ivano installed our beautiful plantation shutters, the rest of the house looked dull next to them. We just had to renovate and paint the house to match those shutters, but they had to be removed during the renovation. Once the renovation was complete, Ivano came right away to reinstall them and they look great! Again, we couldn't be happier with the service from Ivano.
