We love our kitchen! Mark and his team showed utter proffessionalism and exceded our expectations their attention to details and innovative ideas really helped to make the best out of a small space we had to work with. The spice cabinet and breakfast nook Are some of my favourites .i highly recommend! ( the approximate cost listed above is with appliances)

Mark and his team were fantastic to work with. They really helped build a great living space for my growing family, and made a dingy basement warm and welcoming. He was always happy to answer any and all of our questions, and came in on budget and with superior results. We couldn't be happier and would recommend Mark to anyone who asks.

Can’t say enough great things about Mark, his staff and his trades. Extremely personable, he was a pleasure to work with. On time; even through the COVID pandemic, he scheduled all his trades to limit overlap and ensured a safe work environment. More importantly, the quality of workmanship has made our dream reno come true. Highly recommended.

Mark, dis a full renovation of my 100 yr old home and added a side extension. The results were excellent and the whole thing was completed within 8 months despite city delays.

Three for three! This is the third major project that my family has hired Mark and his team for - yet again, they did not disappoint. Our project was on time AND on budget for the third time. His prices were very fair and his workmanship is exceptional. We are extremely happy with their work product and they helped make our renovation experience stress free. My wife and I had purchased a 1890's Victorian home that needed a fair amount of work. The arrival of a newborn baby pushed up our timeline to get a new kitchen and second floor bathroom (we ended up deciding to do an entire main floor reno). With a baby on the way, Mark had a tight deadline! Mark and Alban made a number of visits to our home to help us decide on what the final plans would be, helping us make decisions based on our budget and what we planned to do in the future with the home. They were always very professional and provided great advice. I appreciated how transparent they were with the budget, especially with the unexpected things that could arise when renovating such an old home. Throughout the renovation, Mark was always available to discuss any issues that arose. He is a problem solver, and our old home definitely gave him some challenges - all of which he was able to come up with creative solutions for. He does not take short cuts and always has safety top of mind. He had great suggestions once some of the walls were opened up on things we could do now to make a future renovation of our third floor easier and cheaper. Mark has a great team of trades that work for him. They were all very polite and respectful, and did great work. Mark and his team are very hard workers and are dedicated to sticking to their promises - multiple times we showed up on a Saturday or Sunday and saw them working at all hours to ensure we got into our home before the baby arrived. Mark also has a great network of suppliers. His strong relationships with these vendors really allowed for our renovation to stay on schedule despite some of the changes we made during the reno. While I would recommend using them, by no means did we ever feel pressured to go with them. Mark simply provided us with the information and options and let us make the decision. In short, Mark and his team are exceptional. They have now renovated my parents home, my sisters home, and now my home. We have all been extremely happy with Mark, Stefan, Alban and the rest of the team. The fact that they have now done three projects for our family that were all on time, on budget and beautiful speaks for itself. We look forward to having Mark work on our next project!

We’ve been using Mark and team services for last 10 years now. We’ve done 3 projects which were all completed professionally and on time. He has a very problem solving approach and went out of the way to accommodate specific needs to deliver customize home. More importantly, lovely people to work with.

Overall experience with Mark and his team was great. They renovated and completely transformed exterior of our house. From roofing, soffit, fascia, exterior lights, eavestroughs and downspouts, garage doors, stone on the front porch and steps, and stone veneer. Mark, his team and subcontractors are professionals with focus on quality work and customer satisfaction. We highly recommend the company to anyone who is planning a home renovation.

Another amazing aspect of the company is that they stick to their quote which is always a reasonable figure based on careful assessment of your home with minimal to no changes. We have done quite a few significant renovations across multiple properties and have to say that Mark and his team are fantastic. The best we have ever worked with. For this project, we interviewed 7 contractors for our project which was basically a gut and addition to our existing house (including adding a third story). It was an 8 month project and Mark and his team came in on budget and on time. They were a delight to work with - every trade and every member of his team has the same attention to detail that he does. Mark has a great sense of style as well and made some great recommendations for us. Mark and his team go above and beyond in terms of the quality of the work, their attention to detail and customer service. We wouldn't hesitate to use Mark and his team again and have recommended him to countless people. He is a great partner to work with. We only ever want to work with Mark now!
