This company took my deposit, promised me a deadline in person. The only salesperson and owner Justin made me sign a document without showing me any terms on the back. After 30 days have elapsed, the salesperson Justin disappeared. He then made every possible excuse why he is busy and why there is a delay. He then gave another deadline on the phone which he later denied. After all excuses have been exhausted, he blamed me for harassing him when I called his call center number. The office listed on his website does not exist. I have retained counsel and will now be suing him. If you have been a victim of this company please contact jlinden@lindenex.com.

I hired Milano windows and doors to uninstall my old storm door and replace it with a new sleek black and glass door. While they had some delays with getting the door painted, Justin kept me updated along the way and even offered a modest discount for our wait. We were satisfied with the quality and install. Would recommend as we shopped around and these guys offered the best price and similar lead time in the end.

I am a general contractor and have been using Milano Windows for several years now. I have had no issues with their pricing or their installations. Always friendly always on time and very professional I highly recommend them to all my clients that are looking for both new windows and doors. Justin is quick to respond every time I call him. I am very happy with the company and the service we received. They installed a door from the house to the garage. The installer (Alex) was friendly, professional and did an excellent job. Justin (owner) came and gave us an honest and fair quote. Did everything to make the process smooth and with no delays. The whole experience was stress free, done professionally, and no mess was left when the job was done. We highly recommend Milano.

First I'd like to say I went by reviews. Was impressed by them. Disappointed... Since march I've been waiting for my doors...its now Sept. Back and forth emails (with one excuse after another)...so I asked for my deposit back I've been more than patient. Now I'm getting no reply. I have all emails as proof...my lawyer will have to be involved regarding my deposit I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL. Be CAUTIOUS Update...I said I might have to get my lawyer involved...now he will be No word etc for close to a month...I even sent a last email Like I said...DONT CARE ABOUT OTHER REVIEWS...THAT GAVE THEM GLOWING REVIEWS..I'm glad you got service but I've found others in the same time frame I'll be filing with BBB ALSO

Paid a deposit for our door on March 21st and as of May 23rd still have not received an install date. Despite calling head office a number of times have not heard back from anyone. I am concerned that my deposit will not be returned.
