We had an extremely positive experience replacing our windows with Milano Windows and Doors. Justin and his staff are reliable, honest and worked with integrity. The many staff involved, from Justin to his supervisor Dav, to the two installers, worked seamlessly to ensure that our windows are installed to perfection while paying close attention to our floors, walls and furniture. It is reassuring to know that we could trust Justin and his team to do some brickwork to change the structure of one of the windows. The bricklayer worked meticulously to perfect the opening needed to match the existing exterior brickwork. Incredible! Every aspect of the installation was well supervised. At one point, it was noted that the casings ordered did not meet Justin and his teams expectations. New casings were promptly ordered. Overall, we are very happy with our new windows and are very pleased that we made the right decision trusting Justin and his team to work on and in our home. Thank you!

Excellent! Needed 2 windows and knew exactly what I needed. Justin did exactly what I asked for which was a quick quote for 2 windows. I texted the measurements, he quickly quoted with a fair price, and I seal the deal all within 30-60 minutes! Loved that I didn't feel gouged like the previous quotes from others', and install was completed 2 weeks later! He never wasted my time. Other companies I called wanted 60-90 min of my time so they can sell me... Ridiculous! Thanks so much Justin for not wasting my time - windows look great!

I was pleased with this company. The initial consult was efficient and professional, with a reasonable quote. The installation was seamless. The workers were professional and polite, completing the job in less than the expected time. I was pleased with the quality of the product as well as the professional job done by the installers. We have hired Milano windows and doors to install 2 pivot doors in Oakville and paid a deposit of $7,500 to Justin. Once he received the deposit, he completely stopped responding to our emails and phone calls. The doors were supposed to be installed in September of 2023. but still no respond from the company mentioning anything about our order Status, despite our numerous trials to contact Justin and the company with no success, We have a contract and receipt for payments made. This is an extremely serious matter and will not be taken lightly. We are trying to come to a resolution by reaching out to Justin and the company prior to escalating the issue and taking the matter to court, claims will get filed to competent authorities as well.

Installers cut through the aluminum siding on my house when installing 5 second story replacement windows. Then attempted to rectify this issue by reapplying cut-off J trim sections with caulking. As experienced, no amount of caulking can survive constant natural movement of the siding therefore, fails quickly and regularly. The result of their improper installation technique is water penetration inside the house and behind the siding. Only suitable and permanent solution to correct their improper installation is to install new siding on the house at a cost of over $28K. Additionally, when doing renovations 1 year after installation it was discovered that Milanos installer did not use any shims to secure the windows to the framing and they did not completely spray foam the gaps to create a seal. More information you should know. Milano Windows and Doors makes false and misleading claims on their website for the purpose of creating consumer confidence (the definition of a con man). They are Not-Rated by BBB (claim to have A+ rating) and they are not registered with SAWDAC, nor are they certified by Window Wise quality assurance program. Prior to entering into our agreement I was told that their installers were employees of the company. Only to find out afterwards that they are independent contractors, meaning the company has little control of the installation and contractors are accountable only to themselves. Using contractors means Milano can not and will never be certified by Window Wise Program. The company claims they provide a Lifetime Warranty on installation. However, the owner of Milano Windows and Doors has decided to ignore my multiple attempts to contact by phone/email/texts and has chosen not to honour their lifetime installation warranty. Milano Windows and Doors slogan is Dedicated to Perfection. In my experience, nothing could be further from the truth.

Frightening experience! Our house got broken into. They destroyed the front door. Milano came quickly and efficiently replaced the door. Friendly and reassuring installers.
