I recently used Milano to replace windows in my older home and I have to say I am completely and overall satisfied with my experience from my first phone call until final product was complete! The customer service was impeccable on phone and in person. My husband and I were very pleased after meeting Matthew who made us feel very comfortable and trusting (which is hard to find these days!) He made sure we were given competitive rates and carried out our project with accuracy, in a timely manner, and with precision. I am extremely picky and found this family run business to have been the perfect choice in making my home improvements. I would highly recommend Milano Windows and Doors to anyone who is looking for fast, reliable and quality service while making improvements to your home!

My house had air leaks and was cold through the year. The heat and cold was escaping through the cracks. They were honest and professional and provided me with much better solutions and alternatives. Great job all around guys. I got a great service and a great price. Everything looks great, better then a builder.

Milano windows and doors did some work on my street, at about the same time, my husband and I were looking for a quality, well priced fiberglass door. Leon came and gave us an estimate. The price was very reasonable and the door was absolutely stunning from the picture we saw and what Leon had shown us. The service was great and the door really added a lot to our house. I'm extremely happy, It's exactly what I wanted and more. I highly recommend Milano.

The window is well made but the installation was not what I expected. The finish around the window was done quickly with too much caulking and the excess was not cleaned off. When first arranging for the window, Matthew was here quickly. Later, couldn't get him to call back after a few messages. Customer service lacking.

I have called Matthew from Milano - Windows & Doors , a year later from my first project with him , where I had my lower level windows replaced, in order to get a quote for replacing all windows in the upper floor. Matthew came to the meeting as scheduled and presented me with the product. Not only was Matthew very knowledgeable , he was also very pleasant to deal with and a man of word. The product was ordered, delivered and installed in a very reasonable time frame and the price was very compatible. The installation was done very professionally by the crew and the outcome is AMAZING. After few days, Matthew followed up by calling me and making sure I am satisfied with the product.
