The whole team, Peter the installer supervisor and cladder and Yanne the cladding expert. I am a senior and had been ripped off terribly by another well-known window company. I lost $33,300.00 in shoddy workmanship, with promises made to fix, at an additional cost. I had given up hope of getting my windows and cladding fixed. Milano took my case and re-installed the whole first floor, re-did the cladding making it look like a home in New England, and checked and insulated the second floor, as well as the basement windows, which had huge gaps of no insulation at all. They really came through for me. If i could give them a 20 out of 10 i would. What a company. Thank you to the owners who where here on site advising me all the time.
