I can fully recommend Milano Windows & Doors. The work was done clean and without any problems. All formalities were easy and nice. Mattels services and his team was on pro level. Good job!

This company did an amazing job for our new home. Working with Milano Windows is just like a breath of fresh air: easy, fast, great quality. Prices are very compatible, especially considering the replacement of our windows and doors for the whole house, as we wanted everything to be brand new. We used Milano to replace all the windows and the front door in our house. Matteo and his team were very professional and responsive. They were able to install a door without damaging the interior wood frame, which other companies said was not possible. His team worked efficiently and diligently to complete the installation, and they cleaned up at the end of each day. Would not hesitate to recommend!

We purchased our Front door about 4 years ago and unfortunately the lock broke.. Matteo and Crew ordered new locks and immediately came and replace the lock with a brand new one.. we are so grateful for their service especially after 4 years they value their customers , old and new great company

Met with Mateo back on Sept last year and picked out a great front entry door. Chose to go with Milano because of Mateo. He was honest and gave me a good deal. Other quotes were a bit cheaper, but I didnt feel as comfortable with the overall value. Mateo provided a reinforced multi-point locking system and great handle. I waited almost a year to post - install happened in late Nov 2021 - to see how the door performed. It has worked flawlessly! One weird thing that I liked was the quality of the keys provided with this door. They feel solid. There is no chance they would snap off in cold weather. Anyways, I couldnt be happier with the doors performance and with how Mateo treats his customer. Will certainly look to upgrade my patio door with Milano. Thank you. Mike in Whitby

Pictures can't do justice to how transformed how front hallway looks with a new front door and sidelights! And the outside of our house just got a major upgrade. Leon gave great advice about replacing our 40+ year old door. He patiently answered all of our questions and always followed up. The install team was polite and professional with great attention to detail. We really had the feeling that our home was in the hands of craftsman. And to top it all off, Milano gave us the best price compared to our other quotes. Thanks Milano!

What a huge difference great windows make. Our windows werent too old but they were always drafty. Matthew opened our minds to the possibilities!! He came and really educated us on the types of windows/doors, which ones would be the most appealing, how to clean & maintain them, the energy ratings as well as pricing within our budget. (With 3 young kids, this one is definitely in our minds). This man is a pro in his trade and with how he operates around his clients. We even asked him why front doors only opened into the house; his response could have easily been, because thats just how they make them, but he did not. He thought about it and mentioned they need to open inwards as the hinges are on the inside as to ensure no one from the outside can remove the hinges and enter into a home. When the day came, within the first 10 minutes of the Milano staff arriving, you could immediately tell that they are pros! They were on time, set up was efficient, and throughout the day they were super clean and friendly. They took the time every step of the way to explain what they were doing spraying foam in the front edging, how they would seal the windows from the outside and even helping to get smudges off before they left. Their dedication shines. As the windows installation was progressing from the top room downwards, you could see them being as precise and thorough with our twins bedroom as they would be with our front door; they would even chatted with us about the latest trends for window coverings as well as uniqueness of our house and window placement/structure. Needless to say the results of course are fantastic. We would definitely and highly recommend them to our friends and family without a doubt.

He worked closely with us to choose a door that best fit our vision, helped us stay on budget, kept in touch with us throughout the entire process, and even called us after the installation to make sure everything went smoothly. The installers took their time and made sure everything exceeded our standards. I will definitely be working with Matt and the Milano team again in the future!
