Well we contacted Matthew again for our window needs. He’s so very responsive. I texted him and he got back to me right away. We scheduled a time to meet. He met all the COVID protocols and listenes to our needs. He did a pre measurement and gave us a quote. He gave me a 4 week timeline. Not bad considering COVID. I was so pleased. His installer came back a later to refine the measurements. And then the big day came.and we had our 7 windows installed. Black frames. Beautiful. Two were frosted. Wonderful. Thank you Matthew once again. You are the best. You will get the best from Milano Windows and Doors!!!

We had our front doors installed and they look amazing. It was such a positive experience from start to finish. Matteo and his team are fabulous. Matteo took the time to answer our many questions. He would respond to text messages and phone calls very quickly. Now that the doors are done, we will most certainly go with Milano for our windows. Thank you for such a positive experience.

We just had our patio doors replaced and are very happy with the result. Leon came to give us the estimate, and not only was the price was better than the other quotes that we had been given, but the turnaround time difference was incredible. We had been told that everywhere in the industry, it would be at least 9 weeks, and possibly as high as 14 weeks, before we could get our doors. Leon said 10 days to 2 weeks. Sure enough, 2 weeks later, our doors have been installed!! There was a problem just after installation and the step lock got jammed, and the installer came right back to fix it - that's the sign of a good company!! Will definitely recommend Milano, and use them again... we have some windows that are looking a little rough too!!

I was first introduced to Milano Windows & Doors years ago when they installed a new front door at my parents place. I was impressed with their product and workmanship and decided to call upon them years later when I was in the market for a new front door. I initially met with Matthew who was extremely friendly, knowledgable and provided exceptional customer service. Last week the crew at Milano came and installed my new front door. They were on time, professional, and friendly. I couldn't be happier with my door, it's absolutely beautiful! Milano Windows and Doors did an amazing job replacing all the windows in my detached home at Vaughan. Matthew especially did a great job quoting the project and even came on-site to make sure the install was going well! Due to the number of windows being replaced, a large crew came to perform the work and it was completed in 1 day. The workmanship looks absolutely fantastic. They went above and beyond because they also repaired drywall near the window frame which they didn't have to, but they did at my request. That is great service!!! They also left my home tidy and cleaned up afterward. I highly recommend them!

Matthew and Team were amazing and a pleasure to work with. The price I received was very good and better than most other quotes I received. The installer was very pleasant to work with, and did a great job. Everything was cleaned up after the job was finished and put back in its place. He even went as far as offering to vacuum the dust that was on the floor. Overall experience was great, and I would definitely recommend Milano to anyone that is looking to replace their windows and doors.

Matthew and his team are amazing. I hired Milano Windows & Doors to do my mini home reno. We replaced our entry door, installed a patio closure and replaced basement windows last year(2020). Matthew was very professional, kind and easily understood our needs and budget. The day of installation, his team was on time, they were effective, they wasted no time and installed the door, windows and patio closure in a timely manner and clean up afterwards. What I liked about this company is that they don’t pressured you for the payment. They take a small % down and when the job is complete then you pay the rest. Our experience overall is so pleasant and stress free that we even call Matthew and his team back this year, 2021 to installed another window for us. My husband (Eshat) and I are very grateful to be working with Matthew and his crews. We called many door companies and most of them were not available due to COVID or they wanted us to send all measurements and to choose our door from their websites. We did not understand much about doors or its measurements and so forth. Some companies were not operating due to COVID. After a couple estimates, we decided to go with Milano because of Matthew's telling us that he would give us the best service. Matthew did really went above and beyond in making sure we get our dream entry door! Milano is truly dedicated to perfection! Matthew made it happen with an amazing design, material and price wise as well. Matthew laid out a step by step plan on when to expect the door and where to get the deadbolt door lock and helped us understand things regarding our door when we had questions. Matthew's service is truly excellent. He is very knowledgeable and very patient in answering our questions. We would definitely recommend his services.

We needed an immediate replacement of our patio door for our new house which was broken just a couple of days before we moved in. Leon provide expert advice for our front entry door replacement to fiberglass. The product quality is exceptional and exceed our expectations. The door was installed on time as quoted.
