Leuri replaced 3 load bearing walls and put in a new footing in the basement for The extra support needed. His team removed all the old plaster walls. Our project was to open up our kitchen, living room and dining room to open concept. The floor space is about 900 square feet. Our house is a 60 year old 2 storey house. He was responsive to Our emails, phone calls, texts. He is on time. His workmanship is excellent. You are in capable hands with rebuild the planet.

Thankfully, sometimes the reviews are actually right, count your blessings when they are too often they are not! We got several quotes and were leaning towards Leuri and RTP due to so many good reviews, then Leuri came to quote and I could tell he knew his stuff and cared more than the others that came, he was also very competitive with pricing so here we are happy customers! This was our most important contractor choice, our house was built by Mickey Mouse & Disney, our load-bearing wall was never even supported properly from the start, therefore our roof either! We also wanted a flush beam and some companies made that very undesirable due to pricing, and we almost had no option to do it because it is a 21 foot length total and the joists are only 2 x 8's. Leuri came up with a couple creative options and he and YCL Engineering talked it over to confirm it would meet code, see the attached pics for the result. Leuri also re-built the 2 small side walls for us, replaced some flooring to make it level and some other odd jobs. Leuri and his help were really great to work with; friendly, reliable, flexible, practical AND you get great high quality work. He's really a great guy too and you can tell he cares and takes great pride in his work, something you don't see often enough nowadays. Thanks guys for the great job, if the dam reno ever gets done they'll be smoked food waiting for you in the new giant kitchen at the house-warming!

Leuri is highly professional and always on time. We purchased a new house and 2 load bearing walls needed to be removed. Larry came in for the initial assessment and explained everything in detail. Once the work started it was done on time. Removal of walls, kitchen and the flooring was done very neatly and they cleaned up the site every day after they had finished working. our general contractor came in and inspected the 2 steel beams Larry installed. He said the job was done professionally and beautifully. Larry takes pride in his work. We would recommend Larry to friends and family in a heartbeat. Thanks, Larry for the quick turn around.

Leuri did a great job, he went above and beyond to ensure the work was done perfectly. He was honest, with no surprises. When we had material shortage, he drove all around to find the best match and get the work perfectly well. Leuri was very patient explaining everything to me, and he had my interest in mind when recommending the solution. When it comes to cleanliness and timeliness to start & complete the job. Larry's work is top notch. His framing is precise and straight. The laser level doesn't lie. Pleasant to deal with and always accommodating. I would definitely use him again.

This is our second time with Leuri. Great skills, price, knowledge and great guy. We had a supporting wall, a secondary smaller wall and a 18 foot beam installed. You will never be disappointed with Leuri. He will always do the a great job and done the right way. And will always stand by his work no matter what. For a job like this or any structural project you want to make sure it's always done right and not have your family at risk specially when dining under a huge metal beam. We have had this beam in now a few months and it hasn't budged one bit solid as it was installed. Thanks again Leuri amazing as always. 10 out of 10 for me and the family!
