My wife and I were very happy with the quality of service provided by the 2 movers that came to assist us. They carefully wrapped and packed all our furniture and made the move quite easy. I appreciate the effort of lifting the heavier items up the stairs. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future. A job well done.

We were very satisfied with the work done by this company. The quote was very accurate with no hidden surprises which was appreciated. They took care with all of the furniture making sure all was wrapped and moved carefully. This was a two-part move from house to storage and then storage to new house at a later date. All went without a hitch. Highly recommended!

I've done business with My City Movers on several occasions. I've always had an incredible experience and their assistance is much appreciated. I cannot express how happy I am with their service. From original estimate to final invoice they were excellent. The movers were hard working, friendly, careful and each piece of furniture was individually wrapped to protect it from damage. At the move out end, they arrived on time, lay carpet throughout the house where they were walking and took incredible care with each item and box. At the move in end, again they laid carpet, unwrapped each item and placed it where we asked. All the movers were courteous, professional and hard working. Administratively, they offered fair pricing, were easy and professional to deal with, invoiced accurately.

Calling your office and speaking with your friendly staff, who offered to send someone over to review my home that day, were just a joy to deal with. The quote was bang on! I recommend My City Movers. They recently moved my elderly mother from Burnaby to Ashcroft. They packed up the house and loaded the truck one day and delivered the next. No breakage, no dings in the wall. Very personable and hardworking staff. I would use them again.

On June 25, 2015 My City Movers were at our condo promptly at 8am. The three young men introduced themselves and were very pleasant. One of them was inside our unit arranging the items to be moved and making sure all delicate ones were covered and taped carefully. They moved us out within the timeframe promised without incident. When the movers arrived at our new home to unload we experienced the same professionalism as earlier. Vadim and his employees are the best. We highly recommend them.

I rarely leave reviews online, but you guys deserve it. We bought a house and you moved a previous owner out - that is how i found you. The seller highly recommended your service and you were hired. Ricky and Geordi arrived 15 min earlier - very important touch on such a stressful day. They did a walk around the house and explained that we did have more stuff then we've described other the phone - looking at all the boxes we already knew that. Your guys blanket wrapped most of the furniture plus made an extra stop to pick up my new appliances at no added cost. Everything was delivered and placed where we wanted! Great service! But then you surprised us more - our tenant from the basement was supposed to move out and your guys said that they can take care of that right after they finish with us - i thought it was a joke considering the late hour. WOW!! With a positive attitude and a smile Ricky and Geordi after the bill was done, started moving a tenant from 2brm basement!! Such a great guys, thank you! We picked City movers after reading and comparing reviews on other movers in Vancouver. We took our chance and we didnt make a mistake in choosing them. They came on time, courteous and respective of your belongings. Came on time, didnt take a break and worked over lunch and through rain and a bit of hail. Our sectional couch had to go through the patio doors due to size and went through no problem. Awesome movers!!

We had My City Mover help us move into our new place. In my opinion, they were just okay. We actually noticed a few damages to our things after the guys had already left, which was unfortunate. Apart from that, everything was fine and their price wasn’t too bad.
