1st do not have movers hand you a review at the end of the day to fill out!! Great Grandparents dishes broken, not replaceable. Packed boxes onto a wire closet organizer and it broke right out of the wall. Our dresser and floor were damaged for our bedroom. Family pictures in frames broken (3). Wine glasses broken. A Canvas picture damaged. Our outside patio suite glass table top was left in the garage at the old house and we had to go back and get it. It took 7 3/4 hours and we were quoted 5 hours, 1400.00. They sent us 3 guys, they called in another guy for 2 hours he had to leave and they called in another guy for 2 hours. Not happy at all!

The crew arrived on time and introduced themselves, them immediately set to work. I can only say it was an exceptional experience. They were friendly, informative, professional, courteous and obviously very experienced as movers. As representatives of My City Movers, they were exemplary and I can only say thank you for making our move a stress free experience. I cannot recommend them highly enough, 5 star service from a 5 star crew.

The movers you sent us were stellar. They worked so hard and fast and were very professional and very nice guys. We were so pleased with the job they did.  Thank you for making our move as easy as possible! I'd recommend those men to anyone and will definitely drop your name if anyone asks for a recommendation.

The team could not have provided a more professional service. Throughout my life I have had many moves. This move was the only one that was exactly on time & EVERYTHING arrived in perfect condition. The gentlemen were not only very careful, but very pleasant. They were a great team together. The manager could not have been more capable. Thank you!!

The crew arrived early to start the move. They handled our furniture with care and were pleasant to deal with. They are a larger company so they have more available dates than other movers we tried to book.

Best in the town. Co-operative and best work done by the staff. Easily carrying heavy loads. On time faculity really enjoyed seeing them moving safely

i booked this company last week and it was so smooth and easy going team that helped me to move my 3 bedroom house.

Movers were excellent - friendly, careful, very good. Nothing broken, no scratches. BUT, the cost for the move was MORE THAN DOUBLE the estimate they provided. When I complained they said an estimate is not binding and is just an estimate, and then blamed me for not being organized. When they gave the quote I thought the quote seemed low but they said 'we do this all the time' - that sounds quite different than 'our estimate is not binding'. Oh well - great move but now I'm stuck with a huge bill I wasn't budgeting for... So move was 5/5 but service was 0/5 thus the 5/10 review.

The two workers were efficient and took great care. They were appropriately masked as the move took place from a seniors home.

My City Movers were very professional and handled our items with care. As Vancouver rush hour was approaching they even had another truck arrive to ensure our extra items could be moved that day and in a timely manner . I would use this service again and highly recommend this moving company.
