First time using this company- I read the reviews through home stars and the Better Business Bureau- the reviews were correct! I would highly recommend them again and again. Friendly, prompt, and professional staff, from initial contact through to the end of the move! No hidden fee’s, they’re insured, and the estimate quote they provided initially was reasonable and pretty bang on.

The crew that moved me to my new home were awesome! They were very professional and kept their cool even when the elevator in my building broke down. Nothing was damaged or broken, I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

I needed movers to move my dad's things into a care home. There were 2 men who arrived on time and were very courteous & effecient. One man looked like he was a high school student and this was his summer job. They worked well together and the move took 2 hours from start to finish. My only 2 complaints were that the blankets they use to protect the furniture had leaves/fir needles & other debris on them which made a mess of the carpet. I found out why when they unwrapped the furniture at the destination. They were folded & then hrown on the ground so that they would of course pick up any debris. The only table they didn't wrap came apart at the destination & the table top fell to the pavement. Since this was a small move I would recomment them again.

We hired My City Movers to help with our move. After collecting 2 more quotes from other companies we decided to hire this company and we are very happy that we did. We ordered bins on their website. Bins were delivered on time and than pick up from our new house. On the move day team of 4 movers arrived on time, they handle our belongings with care, everything was blanket wrapped. Thank you for making our move day less stressful.

We called MCC for to move some furniture and store some personal belongings and furniture. The price quote was very reasonable, the guys arrived on time and less than 2 hours later were loaded and gone. 3 months later we contacted Alena at MCC and she was very helpful. We rented a Uhaul to get our things from Surrey to Calgary, Vadim met us in Surrey and directed us to the yard, he loaded the Uhaul with Elijah and we were off in no time at all. Too expensive for such a small move. One mover was inappropriate and VERY annoying. Wasted time talking. The young kid was awesome I felt bad he was paired up with that guy.

My City Movers provided an efficient, punctual, and friendly team all at reasonable pricing. no complaints! thanks very much.
