I was in the process of selling my home and the home inspector discovered mould in the attic. Restoration 1 responded and within hours had a crew in the attic removing the mould. In less than 24 hours, the job was completed and I was able to complete the sale of my home. Thanks for the great job!

I had a water Damage in my basement, called my agent who contacted first on site. Service was impeccable and they took care of all my items. They salvaged some and cleaned some usable items and delivered them in a satisfactory manner. My insurance covered the expense (less my deducatable).

Hydro turned off the power to our rental unit when the tenants left - and every thing everything froze! We had sooooo much damage. I googled Restoration 1, and they came with their own power, and started chipping the ice off the floors. We got Hydro to come out to get us heat, and these guys stayed to take care of the job. There was no insurance, so the rep helped us minimize what we had to get rid of and do. Really really helpful.

Just after new years, my sump pump broke. I don't think I noticed until the smell started. I found Restoration 1 under Google, and they came over in less than an hour. Really friendly guy, knew what he was doing. He managed to save the carpet, and did it really quite fast - no complaints!

They put down floor covering, and stayed late into the night cleaning it up. Then the representative came back when the adjuster came, to make sure I got my claim.

I had mould damage on the ceiling above the stairs for several years. After a recent storm, it got bigger. I figured I would have to get it repaired before winter, and I called Restoration 1. They fixed the attic problem, removed the mould and water stain, and put paint on the ceiling.

My entire carpet was flooded after my water pipes busted. Restoration 1 was able to vacuum all of the water out at a really fast pace. It didn’t take long for the work to be done and the servicemen were friendly and helpful. I’d recommend Restoration 1 to anybody!
