Good service and workmanship. A bit more expensive than I anticipated, but glad to get repairs done to a high standard.

Good initial interaction. However, the design was altered after the quote and the workman did not get approval for the change. Workman on site was gruff and not open for conversation. Told about change when job was done. Also scope reduced without warning. They reduced the invoice price, but overall did not get what I thought I was paying for. If you use their service plan on spending a lot of time with the workman on site to ensure that what they create meets your expectations.

I had one larger job and two small tasks. Santiago and Abe arrived at the agreed time, a couple of hours earlier than originally scheduled but that was verified with me ahead of time and worked well. They sorted all three jobs in one I thought was very good time. They explained clearly ahead of time what they would do and what it would cost and they stuck with both. They were friendly and courteous and appeared to work well together. I was happy with how they worked and pleased with the results.

Very satisfied with the quality work that Abe and Santi performed on my back stairs that twisted due to frost damage. They suggested adding another post which would enhance the stability of the stairs and they answered any questions that I had.

Very happy. John did a thorough job, not only fixing the initial problem, but ensuring the problem would not recur. Very patient, took the time to explain things to me and patiently answered my questions. All involved were very professional and respectful. And did a beautiful job!

Quality work. Well planed and executed. Project was executed really quickly. The contract pay attention to details. I'm really satisfied.

Disappointed in the backsplash install in the ensuite bathroom. Very uneven. No explanation why. Did not change shutoff valves to the toilets. Did not install the taps to the ABS drains under the sink. Had to hire plumber. Total cost came in 10% higher than his estimate.

The work was done decently. The sanding of decks could have been much more thorough. The fence work was done well but no effort was made to make sure the gates latch properly and hardware was no put back on the fence. The contractor also became aggressive about being paid before the project was finished. We didn’t appreciate that. Wanted to do walk through during the work day, obviously we were not available then. We paid the bill even though, we felt they should have come back and finished the things that were missed. I did not think time was well-managed. John was lovely in person though.

As always you can rely on a great service from this company. The came right away, performed the job at my satisfaction and offered to take care of other issues they identified in the kitchen. You won’t be disappointed.
