Rob arrived early and started his inspection on the outside. He was very professional throughout the inspection, completed it in the timeframe he specified and provided a detailed report that same evening. He was also available the day after to answer any further questions I had. I would totally recommend Rob and would use him again for future inspections!

Rob was a true professional from beginning to end. He is extremely thorough, uses the latest tech and provides a very detailed reported with pictures expeditiously when the inspection is complete.

I've hired Rob twice for home inspections and both times he arrived early and started to inspect the roof. As he's moving around the home he can answer any questions you have and will bring up items that need addressing. He'll ensure a thorough inspection with an emailed PDF with images and helpful notes to understand why things are or are not the way they should be.

I bought a new build detached home in Pickering ON and was looking for an inspection. I was referred by my realtor to connect with Rob from Ambicorp Property Inspection. I had a phone call with Rob and I was first impressed with pricing transparency which btw was very competitive. I booked an appointment with Rob. It took approximately 3 hours but didn't have to be with Rob only needed to be around for potential questions. I received the inspection report later which was easier to communicate with the builder and Tarion. The report contains precise details of the issue with pictures for illustration. All issues raised by Rob were valid and are fixed or to be fixed by the builder.

I had the pleasure working with Rob on a unique property and I cannot recommend him highly enough. The time and attention he gave to this complex project were exceptional - no one else can compare. Rob arrived promptly, completely an incredibly thorough inspection within the allotted time and maintained a high level professionalism throughout. I contacted Rob for an inspection. The property was commercial/residential, and everything about him and his service was very professional. He showed up on time with all the equipment he needed. The entire process took about 1.5 to 2 hours, and the same night, the report was sent to my email. The report was very extensive, with adequate explanations for ordinary people like me who don't know construction. Based on his inspection, I noticed major problems in the building and canceled the offer. Rob saved me from a big loss.
