Home Medical Equipment (HME), with Ricks leadership, provided us with a quality accessibility elevator and porch landing solution. The project was done on time and on budget. I would highly recommend HME and their products/services to others.

Bought a walker and some other equipment for my parents during the pandemic so I can feel a little safer knowing that they at home by them selves, Hme has made my life a lot easier for me by explaining what they would need. Not only was the service great the prices was much less than there competitors. Great Company and the care level was too knotch. Good work guys I will definitely recommend to all to use them.

worst company to exist, unethical! they took my wheelchair to change the battery- charged me 1000+, came back with one problem solved while they broke another part of my wheelchair. Have taken it for a while, made me pay 1000$ and refuse to give me an answer!

We ordered a hospital bed and lift from this company, the lift is a special standing lift and they were able to order it for me. The bed has been very useful and the standing lift is easy to use and we are very happy with it.

Their salesman is friendly and responsive, however, we feel like we were sold a bill of goods. HME sold us a stairlift that we can only use if you sit sideways on the chair. The technician wondered about it, said we would have to re-build our stair railings. So a few months later, we wanted to return it or at least re-sell it. HME offered us 1/6 the price we paid for it. Forget it.

We bought this from another company in 2004 and we called the dealer for a service call because the battery was dead. That company took 5 days to return the call. In the meantime I called HME and the call back came within the hour. The technical was here the same day. He not only changed the battery that I knew was dead, he also made adjustments and explained another challenge we were having with the chair that the other company could not figure out. Stair lifts need quick responses and HME delivered. They will be taking care of the chair form now on.

My wife has 2 bad knees and can barely walk up and down the stairs in our house, so we had HME install 2 stairlifts in our house. The job was done in a most professional manner. I highly recommend them for all your mobility/accessibility needs.
