We recently worked with this contractor for an exterior siding installation and the experience was excellent from start to finish. They were highly professional, demonstrating impressive technical knowledge and clear communication throughout the project. True to their word, they started the job exactly as scheduled, and their attention to detail was evident in the quality of the final result. Were thrilled with their work and would happily recommend them to anyone seeking reliable and skilled contractors!

Manuel and his crew created a custom solution to prevent animal incursion under the roof and the new set of gutters and downspouts to improve drainage off the roof that had not been working well for us before. He brought a 6 person crew and got the work done within one day. All good people, respectful of the property, and cleaned up thoroughly when they were done. Weve had a couple of very heavy rains since they were here and everything Is working as expected.

We needed our eaves replaced. From the start Manny presented the best estimate of the few companies I selected. He made a thorough inspection of our eaves. He then gave a concise, no-nonsense explanation of the replacement process and materials. We were sold. He and his team arrived promptly. They were entirely professional and diligent in their work. They were respectful of our greenery and our neighbours' property. They cleaned as they worked and left our front porch cleaner than it was when they arrived. Upon completion the eaves looked stunning. We heartily recommend Multi Service Aluminum.

I wholeheartedly recommend Multi Service Aluminum. Manny is an experienced tradesman and a clear and friendly communicator. His team arrive early, work hard, and get the job done right. When the metal surrounding our dormer didn't quite look right next to the metal roofing, Manny stopped the install and came back the next day with a higher grade metal, and custom-installed it to match. Hardworking, nice, effective team led by Manny. Left site in perfect condition every end of day. Communication with neighbours was excellent (as work impacted adjoining properties). During work, raised issues as arose for quick resolution. Completed as and when promised.

Manny and his team are the best. Respectful, timely, hardworking, and super skilled. Negotiation was very reasonable when it came to replacing old rotted wood under the soffit. They were out within a day and a half, and all trash was respectfully walked out back through a vegetable garden. Will definitely hire again.
