It was a great pleasure working with Ajool and Jenn and the whole team at Coastal Design Landscaping. They translated our design drawing into beautiful reality, adding thoughtful changes as the project progressed. Communication was clear, timely and useful. Any of our requests of the crew were carried out professionally and quickly. Not only were the onsite crew members friendly, hard working and approachable, they were fun to deal with. We continually have people walking by our home who comment on how much they love the landscaping I have been involved as a project manager for construction projects and I do not hesitate in enthusiastically endorsing Coastal Design. Coastal Design Landscaping did an amazing job transforming our bamboo jungle into a beautiful, livable space that really opened up our front entrance and gave us the maple trees and space for flowers and vegetables that we will enjoy for years to come. Ajool and his team were great to work with – quality workmanship, good communicators and problem solvers, honest and clear about budget, timelines and very helpful with advice on all the details. I cannot recommend Ajool and his team enough. From the initial meeting until completion, there were no issues. The work was done professionally, quickly and the final price was exactly what we expected. Both his forepersons were knowledgeable and congenial. Dealing with Ajool was great, as he was always quick to respond. The final product was exactly what we wanted (actually even better). We had them complete hardscaping in our backyward surrounding a pool. We used pavers, flagstone, stackstones and capstones. You would be missing out if you don't consider this company for your project.

We had a problem area in our yard. Ajool's advice, design, and delivery were outstanding. The end result exceeded our expectations and we have received many compliments on the results. Highest recommendation.

We hired Coastal Design Landscaping to do a big renovation project in our front and back yards, and we could not be more pleased with both the experience and the final result. Ajool and his team are amazing -- very competent, knowledgeable, high-skilled, hard-working, personable, and fun to deal with. They provided a lot of valuable suggestions for improving the existing design, and were able to come up with excellent and creative solutions to problems that were inevitable to arise on a big project like that. They were also very flexible and patient, always ready to accommodate last-minute changes, and to immediately rectify anything that we were not 100% satisfied with (not because they did it wrong, but because it was sometimes difficult for us to imagine how something would look like until it was built). The job was started even earlier than scheduled, completed on time, within the budget, and with an excellent quality. Thanks to Coastal Design, we now have a wonderful and much more usable outdoor space. We would recommend them with confidence to anybody looking for a high-quality and fairly-priced landscaping contractor.

Coastal Landscape Design replaced all the retaining walls and the driveway at our coquitlam home. The crew was professional, hardworking and efficient.
