Really professional work, very tidy and knowledgable. I would, and have, recommended Horizon Plumbing to others.

I hired Horizon Plumbing to do the plumbing for adding a laundry sink to our laundry room. They took the time to explain to me the different options, and overall the work was done quickly and very well. Although initially I wasn't entirely satisfied with the job, Mark took the time to hear my feedback and in the end made me a very satisfied customer. I would definitely recommend Horizon, as I'm sure they will make sure you're 100% satisfied with any work they do.

Impeccable workmanship. Horizon has been servicing 55 Byward Market Square since the business opened in Mar. 2014. Never says no. Also has done residential for myself and many neighbors homes. Everyone happy.

Although the issue was not fixed, the problem was identified and we were told how to test to ensure this was the actual problem. We were also given 2 different ways to rectify the issue, which he didn't have to do since it wasn't actually a plumbing problem. Thanks Marc!

This was an unforeseen project - water pressure tank replacement. The company made time for it, without charging a premium. Marc, the owner, gave me a quote and kept his word; he did not look for 'extras'. The technician, Steve, was completely professional, respectful of my home, and even explained to me what he needed to do. The job was done efficiently and within the estimated time. Great job!

Technician was very clear in what he was doing, explained everything that seemed wrong. Offered advice to avoid the problem in the future. Both guys who came on site where very clean and courteous.

After noticing a leak in my ceiling I immediately called the most reliable plumbing company in Ottawa. Marc Rainville, the owner of Horizon Plumbing and Piping Systems was fast, efficient and very professional. He had the leak repaired very quickly preventing further damage to my household. New connection, Had to tap into an existing line. Not adjacent to sink so had to drill into the basement.

Horizon added plumbing so I could move a washer and dryer to the basement. They installed a new basement wash sink and faucet including moving pipes for those. They installed new hose bibs, re-seated two toilets, and inspected the integrity of a retrofit below-foundation drain pipe. They were technically adept throughout and demonstrated knowledge of plumbing code. They valued quality and prevention of issues. Their quote was reasonable. Other companies quoted much higher and even sent promo mail after charging for their quote. Horizon advised on best solutions vs. cost. New piping and hose bibs are neatly installed. Welds look solid and everything functions as expected. They used quality parts and material, which I thought was important. Old piping on the first floor is neatly capped with minimal cuts in drywall. All silicon applications are smooth and cosmetically appealing. When all was finished, they were off to a training course (i.e. they invest in skills of staff). I've since hired them for a bathtub faucet leak. It was fixed quickly with a quality part at reasonable cost. Horizon Plumbing is now my go-to company.

We had two simple repair jobs, a non-flushing toilet and a dripping valve for our outside pipe. Marc fixed both in around twenty minutes. He was very nice and professional. I would definitely call him for future jobs!
