Our rating of Horizon Plumbing: 10 out of 10. We are very happy with the installation of sinks and taps done by Horizon Plumbing. Horizon Plumbing is an extremely reliable, honest and professional company. The owner, Mark, is exceptionally professional in all aspects of the work beginning with the initial vist and ending with the completion of the job. His employee, Paul, is courteous and has a great work ethic.We highly recommend Horizon Plumbing and would be very happy to have Mark and his employees return to our home for future projects in a heartbeat. You will not be disappointed with Horizon Plumbing.

Mark was great to deal with. Our work ended up being a very simple fix and mark gave us a deal so i cant complain at all. We will for sure come back when we have other plumbing needs.

As one can imagine, a bathroom leak can be very scary to a home owner, especially to one that knows nothing about plumbing. We called Mark and he was amazing! He completely empathized with our situation and sense of urgency. He arrived on time, was thorough in his trouble shooting until he found the problem, and left our house cleaner than when he arrived. The cost was less than expected, which when it comes to needing a trade in an emergency situation, is definitely welcoming and gave us a huge sense of relief. Mark came over and fixed the leak in no time. He brought our plumbing up to code. He was very friendly and the cost was better than expected. Would definitely recommend to others.

When mixing valve on our hot water tank failed, we called Marc Rainville at Horizon Plumbing and Piping Systems to do the replacement for us. Horizon Plumbing and Piping Systems was able to find the part we needed quickly and completed the repair in less that 24 hours. Marc was responsive, communicative and helpful. He provided a clear idea of when he would arrive, along with an accurate estimate of how long the work would take, and was happy to answer all my questions. The next time we have plumbing issues we will most definitely call Horizon Plumbing and Piping Services. Marc was a pleasure to deal with - we highly recommend him for your plumbing needs!

Marc has done all of our plumbing work for a few years now. Not only is he nice, but he is knowledgeable and efficient. He always does a great job at a reasonable price. We would never call anyone else!

I called and explained my problem and Marc said he would try and fit me in. In under 24 hours he was over. He was very explanatory, professional,clean and reasonable. Like I said, right on the money!! Keep up the good work.

I was having difficulty with my laundry room sink. No water was coming out of the faucet. The faucet company had sent replacement cartridges but I needed an expert to replace them. I called Marc and he made time out of his demanding schedule to come by and see me - and he worked according to my schedule which was very accommodating as we have a newborn. When he inspected the faucet he noticed that the faucet company was wrong in their evaluation of the problem. It wasn't the cartridges but another valve issue. This was changed and the faucet works like new. While he was there he also looked at another faucet out of courtesy to me since he was there and corrected an issue I had with that. I was beyond impressed with Marc, his knowledge and skill, his courtesy and most of all that he worked to fix my issues at very reasonable prices. I was so happy that I know that I will require a change in faucets in the near future for my kitchen and I have already told him that I will be calling him to do the installation. I highly recommend Marc and his terrific service. Thank you!!!

Marc did a fantastic job with the work that was required. He actually went over and above and addressed any future problems that may occur with our external water valve. He was extremely professional and I received a completed work order with invoice. If you have any plumbing needs, I would highly suggest calling Marc.
