Marc was quick, efficient and professional. We enjoyed the electronic updates of knowing when he was arriving and the status of the job. Would definitely call on Horizon in the future!

Fast courteous service fixing our shower head. They made some helpful suggestions "off the clock". They helped us get reimbursement for the part cost, as the faucet had a lifetime warranty.

Marc has done work for us a few times and we've always been pleased with the service and his business ethics. We had a situation that we thought would require more work than it did. Marc assured us that the work he'd done would be more than adequate. We really appreciate this kind of honesty, especially when dealing with trades. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Marc.

Turned on the hose in the backward ended up with water in the basement. Turned off the water in the house. A very nice young man from Horizon was able to come in the same day (Friday). Fixed the basement issue and also took the time to look at the leak under the kitchen sink and repaired it as well without breaking the bank. We will go to them next time when plumbing is required.

Horizon came to my home to check out my drain pipes to ensure that they were free of any blockage (in preparation for the spring thaw). They did a very professional job with the latest equipment. They showed me camera footage to verify that everything was working as it should. Their technician, Phil, was both efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Phil went out of his way to ensure that I had all the information that I need to ensure my plumbing remains trouble free. Horizon is definitely my goto company whenever I need anything done to my plumbing.

I had them install a water softener I purchased at Costco and at a later date to change my old sump pump, and change some shoddy pipe and valve work done by the previous owners to avert any flooding problems. They were on time, are using software to update me with schedule and invoicing. The owner even called back after some of the piping and valve changes to talk to me about a problem that could cause flooding (to which I agreed as it was logical and I could see it myself) and solved it for me at a reasonable price. Professional and good respectful tradesman.

Called Horizon about a leak with the Kitchen sink and they sent "Paul" the same day. He advised that the copper pipes will need to be replaced by PVC. They scheduled me for repair later that week. The Service was excellent and the communication by Billie on Scheduling and pricing was efficient and timely.. I am very please with the service and would definitely use them again.

Plumbing in ceiling, walls and floor for a full bathroom were installed. Concrete was also filled in and ready for flooring. Before the job, Marc helped me a bit with the final planning to make sure we got what we wanted. I contacted Marc with what I thought were some small issues. He made time for me right away to discuss them. Everything has worked out great and I am super pleased with the outcome.

We had some minor repairs in the en-suite bathroom. Our plumber, Paul, is professional and works cleanly. The works was done to our entire satisfaction and we would recommend this company very highly.

We initially hired Horizon Plumbing to perform a medium/large scale plumbing renovation which included work on a secondary suite (above our garage), replacing a "few" of the original water lines in a 60 year bungalow and adding a second bathroom to the main floor with a basement rough-in which would require an effluent pump. As the project progressed, it became evident that all of the old plumbing needed to be replaced due to age and other issues. Throughout the project there were multiple work elements and trades competing for time and resources (i.e. access to the house). This ultimately resulted in more plumbing visits than initially planned. The team at Horizon were competent, professional, flexible and accommodating throughout the project despite the scope changes and delays due to circumstances beyond their control. Marc was up-front about costs and worked with us throughout the project to ensure the plumbing component was delivered on time and in budget. Without a doubt, we will call upon Horizon Plumbing again for our future plumbing needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work at a fair price. Oh, we also found a really cool WWII artifact during the renovation.
