Connected with me 24 hours T-24 hrs, kept me updated on the arrival time as they had to drive an hour on 401 to get to the pick up point. Professional to the core, latest tools and experienced skills at their very best. Had to deadlift a fridge to take it to the basement, did that without a scratch on my walls, wow! My partner and I hired velocity movers to help with our move to a new condo. They showed up right on time and did not stop moving until the job was complete. My ENTIRE a experience with this company has been great. The first Time I have moved in my life (and I’ve done so over 30 times) with less stress and being impressed with the service. From the moment I engaged Rami about the details of the move to moving day when Ahmad, Ab and Tim showed up (moving quick, taking care with precious or fragile objects and securing loose objects safely on their own along with their friendly attitude) - I’ve been impressed. These guys put together my tricky furniture and had a smile on their faces the whole Time. They also had to direct traffic around the parked truck in downtown Toronto and did so safely. Would def recommend them if you want a good job done.

Rami and his team are amazing! The team showed up on time, very polite, very fast as we moved in 7 hours instead of the quotes 9 hours. NO BROKEN ITEMS!!! Everything was wrapped with cloth and carried gently, packed gently and removed gently!!! Highly Recommend this company to more residential customers as they are used to high end commercial jobs with more expensive items and clients. Thanks Rami!

Velocity moved three very heavy appliances for us across the GTA. I booked and paid for two guys and they even sent a third guy at no extra cost. Made the job smooth and quick. Really grateful for the stress free move and will definitely recommend to friends and family in the future!

Amazing team that helped us move from an upper floor apartment to a new home. Very efficient, on time, knowledgeable in moving furniture and personal items. We had nothing damaged, they came with all materials/equipment needed to wrap and protect our furniture. Very professional attitude and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I had hired Rami's team previously for work (I worked in Facilities) and was confident his team would have the same level of excellence for my own logistic needs. Would definitely recommend them and use them again.

The guys were very friendly and worked as best as they could understand the circumstances. However they were not as professional as other moving companies. They did have to lug everything up 3 flights of stairs at the new apartment which was no easy task. They were unable to get a piece of furniture up the stairs, however another company was able to do it with little effort. Part of the service was to dismantle and reassemble beds, however this was not done due to lack of space and timing. They also damaged the bed frame a little bit. Again, the guys were nice but maybe a bit more experience.
