They came by this past fall (2016) and did an OK job cleaning out the eavestroughs. From past companies I've had doing this, I was surprised Tip Top Eaves didn't use any water to flush out any remaining debris and check for leaks. What bothered me the most is they said they would check the condition of my roof while up there.They told me I had a couple years left on my roof, but they obviously didn't do a thorough job looking. A month later, I had a leak in my roof from worn out shingles and need to replace the whole roof soon.

Very high, tightly spaced victorian home. Difficult job, it included the removal of improperly installed gutter guard. Yaron was extremely friendly, respectful and proficient. Will call on him again with no hestation.

Top notch customer service. I called Yaron on a Saturday and even though he wasn't working, he did call me back in the evening. I needed someone to come and clean our eavestroughs because the water from the roof wasn't clearing itslef in a way that I liked. Also, the timing was crucial as it recently started getting cold enough where it may not be feasible to go up on the roof to do this type of work. Yaron was very accommodating with my request. We worked out an agreed upon time a few days later. He even called the day before to make sure that based on the predicted weather it was feasible to come over to do the work. Yaron arrived promptly, completed the job safely and quickly, all while being truthful. He found roof debris where the problem area was, cleaned it up and gave me some tips for the summer. Overall, 10/10.

Water was seeping into my back cellar and I asked a neighbour if he knew anyone who could repair the wall. He pointed out that the gutter above was broken and that may be the cause of the problem. I found Tip Top on the internet; Yaran came and repaired it on the spot and no more seepage in the basement. This was probably in the early spring. I am going to call him Monday because my regular service has not shown up to clean the eaves troughs even though I have called them three time and it is almost December! I would recommend Tip Top highly.

One corner of the eaves has been coming off the roof slightly for a while, so when it rains the water comes down beside the foundation and in the winter the ice dams. Yaron said he would be in the area the same afternoon and came when he said he would. It was a small job, and he did it on the spot. He cleaned and flushed the blocked area checked the rest. It now looks solid with 3 brackets fastening it - he explained exactly what he was doing and was quick and efficient. Yaron was very professional and pleasant - I would call him again if we need more work done.

I contacted this company last evening after noticing some moisture on an interior wall and thinking it may be an issue with a downspout. Yaron contacted me right away, gave me a quote over the phone and came out this evening. While inspecting the eaves and downspout he found 3 fairly large holes in the roof which is where the moisture was coming from. He repaired the holes and also cleaned out the gutters. Thankfully he found the holes which he said looked fairly new and just in time as we're supposed to get more rain tonight! I am very appreciative of Yaron's professionalism and prompt quality service and I felt the cost was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company and plan to call them again for other work in the near future. Thank you Yaron!
