From the very beginning, Nucu at Splish Splash Bathrooms stood out to us in the sea of contractors because he was not only flexible and willing to accommodate our reno's needs, but also very friendly and has excellent communication. Because we only have one bathroom, he was willing to go above and beyond to remove and reattach our toilet so we were still able to live in our condo during the reno. This is something many contractors were not willing to do. He also provided us with excellent recommendations on where to purchase bathroom fixtures, tiles, etc. Throughout the process, he kept us updated every step of the way and let us know about any extra costs that came up unexpectedly, was on-time every day, and cleaned up after himself. He even stayed calmed even when we were being very indecisive over our tile choices. The end result is BEAUTIFUL. Nucu's attention to detail is impeccable (I'm a designer so am very picky about small things). Splish Splash was able to install everything we wanted including heated floor tiles, toto bidet and toilet, custom shower niche, and make sure the finish on everything was gold. We get compliments from all our guests who use our bathroom. He made our first reno experience very smooth and completely stress-free. Thank you again to Nucu and team! Will definitely reach out again if we ever need more renos.

Nucu and Frantz came in to do some wall construction in our home. From the moment they walked in, both Nucu and Frantz were friendly, professional, and efficient. They estimated that the work would take 3-4 days, but it only took 2 days, so we were really happy with the quality and speed of the work. Nucu and Frantz showed up on time every day, cleaned up before they left, and made sure that all work was done properly. After the work was done, my wife commented that you wouldn't be able to tell that workers had been in our home for two days, because the place was just as clean as before they arrived. We felt that the price of the work was worth it, and we would definitely recommend, and hire Nucu and his team for any future renovation work.

I had Nucu do a kitchen and bathroom remodel in 2018 and was completely happy with the results. I recently contacted him for a minor problem-replacement of a shower cartridge in a condo and he and his apprentice France dealt with the problem quickly. It is a pleasure to work with this company!

We were extremely happy with the work that Nucu and Frantz did on our bathroom and kitchen. Each day they showed up they would cover the hall floors and stairs to protect our house, worked with minimal disruption to us and diligently cleaned up before ending their day. When we ran into an unexpected uneven ceiling and floor the extra work was reasonably priced and did not delay the project. He assisted us by providing some suppliers he works with which were excellent to deal with and have quality products. He and Frantz also went that extra mile by touching up our hall ceiling outside the bathroom. He was also kind enough to fill in the wall crack we had in another room that was not part of the quoted project. These are the kind jesters that I think are just second nature to Nucu. We highly recommend Splish Splash and would for sure hire them for any other projects we do in the future.

Nov 2022 I engaged Splish splash to replace an existing stand up shower. The consultation was simple, the estimator listened and made recommendations as we discussed the work I wanted. The quote came quickly, was clear, comprehensive, and was easy to understand. The shower was the only one in the house and they were very accommodating in arranging a date for the work to begin around my schedule. I have had a lot of renovations done, too many were horrible, and I have worked with many different kinds contractors, but this is hands-down one of the best experiences I've had. Communication: Every interaction whether text, email, or call was responded to a quick manner. The answers were always very clear, to the point, and helpful. The Work: I had a lot of bad experiences with contractors, and immediately I could see this team was very different. They took their shoes off at the door until they were able to lay down floor protection, and I noted throughout the days they worked, they would stop to re-adjust the protection as needed - I was impressed with this attention of care for my home. They cleaned up at the end of each day, left no garbage for me to deal with (nor in my garbage bins outside), and left nothing out of place. Changes: Once they started and I saw the quality of work they were doing I added addition tasks (replace toilet and vanity) during the work that they easy accommodated and scheduled as possible, being helpful and making good suggestions. Nucu had great contacts for material and always had a ready solution or idea for anything I threw at them. Resolutions: Nucu walked me through all the changes and explained everything that was done very clearly before I signed off. There was a minor defect and as soon as I pointed it out they corrected it immediately. I would highly recommend this team, and I do not offer that lightly. You are in great hands with this team.
