Will is done a wonderful and clean job to my my house he is honest, knowledgable and punctual . The price is reasonable . I refer to coupler to my friends to and they very very happy about his service. I highly recommend will to anyone they need service regarding furnace.

Tyrone sold me a complete HVAC and heat pump replacement along with attic insulation. Turns out he pocketed my deposit and now Wills wont finish the job that he quoted. Im filing a small claims court, and reporting to BBB. Ive been chasing them constantly for 3 months and they either dont answer or push me off. Worst experience ever. I fear what will happen if I need warranty work on the HVAC or Heat pump unit.

This is probably the best service i have gotten in the 40 plus years of owning a home. Tyrone and his team installed most of my utility components recently and i have seen a significant reduction in my bills and energy consumption. Tyrone took care of paperwork for my Government rebate and answered all my questions and phone calls. This customer service was top notch and i felt really appreciated like if it was his home he was servicing. The one on one consultation was easy to follow and feel totally secure and at ease. I have worked for Amex for 20 yrs and i have never experienced or saw the quality of self confidence or customet service in a product , i even offered him a job. Tyrone went above and beyond 2 days ago and helped my sister with her furnace which stopped working in which she called the company and up to today hasnt come to her aid. Tyrone got his guys out there the same day i called and fixed the problem at no charge and her furnace was from a competitor. It goes to show you the professionalism and courtesy this gentleman has . I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM YOU WONT BE DISSAPPOINTED.

Sent $800 deposit Sept 28 No installation, false stories about supply issue Wont return deposit and its Nov 24 now.

I talked with Tyrone and Will. Will was prompt and the installation was smooth, they cleaned up well and everything is functonal. They were able to schedule and do the installation in short amount of time due to the my wife going into labour.

My furnace broke down during a cold snap earlier this year and I tried over 10 companies and no one was available for at least 72 hours . Finally I tried Willsbrothers and they had a technician at my house within 2 hours as promised . He quickly and honestly told us exactly what the problem was and had it fixed in minutes at a price far less that we would have been willing to pay . Most other companies would have seized the opportunity to gouge the client so I was pleasantly surprised by his honesty. I highly recommend them .

A couple weeks ago there were some cold nights and the furnace pilot light was out. Service men came over quickly and changed the coupler and fixed things up.

I had tenants in my rental house and in December they notified me that my house was freezing and the furnace wasnt working. I contacted the team and they rushed over and had a look at my existing furnace. Turns out the furnace needed to be replaced and they rushed the parts and expedited the service for the install. I couldnt thank them anymore for such exceptional customer service and a job well done

Good afternoon, I keep trying to resolve an issue with my AC that was installed a year ago but Im not having any luck connecting with anyone. I keep getting voicemail that is not set up and a text back every two weeks. Ive texted and emailed today. Please get back to me ASAP.
