Did a great job replacing my fallen eavestrough, reasonable price, good communication. Nothing but good things to say.

Trevor and his team replaced all the existing fascia, soffit, eavestroughs and downspouts on our home and garage. They worked very hard and made honest recommendations during the install. Their pricing was very competitive and the workmanship was excellent. We are very happy with the results.

Trevor is a contractor with integrity and I would be more than happy to use him again or recommend him to a friend or family. The old eaves trough were removed and new eaves were installed professionally without issue and within a day. I originally did not plan to install the leaf guard but Trevor convinced me it would reduce my maintenance costs over the long term. He installed a high quality brand (All-Rex). I am meticulous and looked over the final installation of the leaf guard. I noticed an issue with the installation and informed Trevor. Trevor was professional through the entire process and ensured it was rectified in a timely manner. I was very impressed with his response to the issue and it shows he is a person of high quality, professionalism and integrity. The leaf guard now looks excellent and I have piece of mind. I know my money was well spent. As I said, I would not hesitate to use Trevor again. He will ensure you are more than happy with the final product.

This is our second year using Trevor and his team at Richview Window & Eaves for snow removal. They are extremely reliable, professional, quickly respond to snow falls. They are very accommodating when I make a special request, nothing is a problem. They are always happy to do their best to do what I ask. After discovering them on Homestar over 5 years ago Trevor’s company has been taking care of my eaves twice a year over that period of time. They are quick in thoroughly cleaning them and never leave a mess. Besides being very patient in providing me a detail estimate over the phone one cannot go wrong with Trevor’s highly competitive quote. Consistently providing me excellent customer service in a timely and pleasant manner he and his men at times would go the extra mile in making sure I as a customer is happy and satisfied. In one instance Trevor was quick to react to a situation involving an enhancement I had recently installed on my eavestroughs by another company. He saw it as a potential problem for my roof, eaves and foundation that urgently needed my attention and dropped everything to drive across the city to my home to explain it. His experience, dedication to his profession and knowledgeable background in roofing and eaves became more apparent as he identified the problem with great accuracy by providing areas of improvement to help save me any dire consequences. He not only helped me remove them, but also get my money back. This demonstrated his dedication in fulfilling my needs to protect my home.

I have two driveways and the team took an excellent care of my property. I just renewed with them for the second year. Very professional and they took good care of the property.

I've been a rental property manager for over 30 years and can say that Trevor and his team are the best plow crew I've ever had. I am hiring Richview for snow plowing for the 5th year in a row. After the plowing is done they carefully clean up with shovels and leave the property looking great, and most importantly, safe. Highly recommended!

Trevor installed leaf guards, cleaned my house and windows. At every step he was diligent and solution oriented. For example while on the roof, he inspected it thoroughly and repaired a damaged shingle. He even spray painted our leaf guards to match the house in areas that were visible from the windows. He did a fantastic job on our window wells and sky lights, which were tough to access. Seeing how thorough he was in power washing our front walkway, even my neighbours hired him! You can trust Trevor and Richview to deliver quality work and great service!

We hired this company because there were leaks and clogs in the eaves, causing pooling around the foundation... This company took down the old eaves and replaced with all new eaves, downspouts, and leaf guard. They were professional, friendly, and explained the small details. Worksite was kept clean. Price was communicated in advance. These guys put in a leaf-guard system and I climbed the ladders to look at it and the work was detailed and precise. So I would say these guys are an excellent choice if you need eaves work done. I rate them 10 out of 10 for professionalism, knowledge, technical ability, and social skills. Work was started in the morning and finished by 6p.m.
