I have known Frank for a few years now. As a Realtor, I need to use the services of a Home Inspector that I can trust. My clients are counting on it. First and foremost, Frank has always been accessible. He's makes every attempt to be flexible to my need for a home inspection request. Once there, I find his attention to service is excellent. My clients receive phone calls directly from Frank with thorough explanations of the inspections and what points to focus on. The reports are very detailed and great reference material. We purchased a ~60 year home without conditions; thinking inspection was a waste of money and we can examine things about the property ourselves. After closing we felt uncomfortable having made a big purchase without inspection. A friend highly recommended iInspect Three60 to us and, after inspection of our house, I likewise highly recommend to anyone else. Things we missed that were found by inspection: large amount of mold buildup in cold room, rust in and around furnace burners and electronics from a/c condensation not draining properly, water leaking inside the wall BEHIND the bathub fixtures (no idea how he discovered this!), gas leak on pipe elbow near hot water tank, 3 separate locations showing evidence of water damage that had been fixed/patched (two of which we now have to take down wall/ceiling to investigate further). He was courteous, friendly, and offering insight and advice at every turn. The full report was received by email same day. We've got a list of important items to tackle before we can move in, especially with small kids. Get an Inspector. I highly recommend iInspect Three60.

Frank Bernardo conducted the home inspection for a home that my husband and I bought. Frank was very thorough, professional and personable. He was friendly and did a great job explaining everything to us. As well, the inspection write up followed quickly after the actual, physical inspection. Thew rite up was detailed and user friendly. I would definitely recommend Frank to friends/family.

My wife and I had an accepted offer on a home in Mississauga and our Agent recommended Frank Bernardo to do the home inspection. It was worth the money in every respect as Frank took a lot of time to thoroughly inspect the place inside and out, answer all of our questions in detail, provide recommendations for preventative maintenance as well as required repairs. We received a very detailed inspection report the same evening (complete with pictures). The service was very friendly, educating and there was a willingness to include free of additional charge follow up for any post-inspection questions or concerns. We have had a couple of home inspections in the past with other providers, neither of which measured up to the value we found with Frank’s inspection. It really gave us the insight we were missing and informed our final decision making. Thumbs up for sure.
