Frank was very knowledgeable and thorough. He took the time to show me areas to watch for and gave me many helpful tips! I am very grateful for his expertise and feel confident that he was able to capture everything I need to be concerned about. I would highly recommend him!

Frank was so wonderful to work with! During the home inspection he was so thorough and checked every inch of the house from the attic, basement, electrical, plumbing, all the outside grading, and much more . As first time homebuyers we had many questions and he took time to answer all of our questions and concerns, and provide helpful recommendations to us. His report was so detailed and thorough with photos, descriptions, concerns, and recommendations for us to review. He really took his time to ensure that we were making a well informed decision prior to closing on our home. His turn around time was phenomenal, as he provided his detailed 65 page report the very same day of the inspection. I would highly recommend his services!! Home inspection was complete in a profession manner and all safety precautions and protocols were adhered to. Work was completed in a timely fashion and all concerns raised were fully explained. Cleaned up all areas once inspections were completed and left premises as they were prior to inspection.

We had a 24 hour window in which to get our home inspection completed and waive conditions on our home purchase. With the help of our real estate agent, were able to secure an appointment with Frank right away. Frank made time in his Friday afternoon to spend about 3 hours completing a detailed inspection of the interior and exterior of the home (including drone shots of the roof). While on site, he drew our attention to any issues in the home, how urgently the repairs should be addressed, and provided guidance on how we might choose to approach certain projects. Frank provided us with a full detailed inspection report on Friday evening, within a few hours of wrapping up at the house (with time to spare before our condition-removal deadline). Frank's attention to detail and clear expertise in his field gave us the confidence to move ahead with our home purchase. Thanks Frank!

We initially got Frank to do our pre-purchase home inspection and he was extremely throughout and gave us a very useful report which we used from time to time for DIY home improvement. We recently got several issues and we called him back to take a look because we trusted him. He spent a lot of time inspecting the problem and went above and beyond in helping me out. I dealt with Frank and he was fantastic! He was prompt, friendly, and more thorough than I could have imagined! He took his time to inspect every element of the home, provided a detailed analysis along with a ton of great tips and advice for how to best maintain everything. He even included all of the Model #'s and Serial #'s for everything in the new home along with clear pictures in his awesome and easy to read report. Frank was recommended to us by a friend & we hired him to inspect our home. He arrived on time & did a detailed & thorough inspection of our place. Our roofs were examined using a drone because of which we now also have clear, crisp photos of how our roof looks & can provide contractors with pictures of problem areas. He was quick in making the report for us & sent us a comprehensive report the same night. The report gave us a full overview of our home & mentioned which areas are acceptable & which need attention. Having this report makes me feel more in control of health of our home. Because our home is relatively old Frank also provided us with a few tips & suggestions on upgrades & how we can save energy with certain replacements which I am very thankful for. I would highly recommend Frank for a professional & thorough home inspection.
